Yakima's had its fair share of certified-platinum hits over the years, but the JayLow might be the biggest yet. It can hold one boat in a J-cradle position or two stacked on top of each other, and has an integrated ramp to make loading 'em almost too easy. You won't waste any time in the garage, either, since the JayLow comes fully assembled, installs without the need for tools, and folds flat when you're not using it. Seeing as it comes with all the straps and tie-downs that you need, you'll be ready to roll as soon as the flows are high and the rivers are unfrozen.

This kayak rack to me is really the perfect option. Super easy to install and take off. Simple to strap 1 or 2 kayaks to it. I have a 2019 Toyota Rav4 with the factory cross bars and this works perfectly with it.

We don't use the kayak as often as we should and absolutely love how easy the Jaylow is to install on the bars when needed. Holds the boat securely without any worries.

I would give this a 5 star review.. This is a great carrier and it comes with all the tie down straps. I only use it as the J-Craddle but it is awesome knowing I can use it as a stacker if need be. This fit perfect on my OEM Audi cross bars. Installed in about 2 minutes and is very simple to take on and off. I have a Wilderness System Tsunami 17.5 foot kayak. Only reason I did not give this a 5 star is because this carrier tends to whistle quite a bit when a kayak is not on it. My solution for this, take them off when not in use.

Originally compared against the Thule comparable model. Yakima came highly recommended and I was not let down. The Jaylow Rack System has been perfect for my use. I also installed the SKS just in case and it is also a piece of mind. Those are also very easy to install and would recommend purchasing. The Jaylow is very easy to load and unload your kayak and was very easy to install. Driving at highway speeds with all the straps in place, I have heard no rattle so far and this is driving on WV roads. So, encountering potholes, gravel/dirt roads, winding roads and at times extreme elements. This rack has stood up to its rigidity. If this rack ever becomes to weathered or breaks somehow I will replace it with another Yakima product. If you are comparing I would highly recommend the Yakima Jaylow. I have it currently installed on an 11 Expedtion and load it with a Necky Rip 10 flatwater kayak.
