Designed as part of the aerodynamic Pursuit range, the Pearl Izumi Men's ELITE Pursuit Speed Jersey is built for velocity and keeping you cool on fast-paced summer rides. It employs P.R.O. Aero panels wrapping front to back over the shoulders creating a slippery aerodynamic profile. Continuing on the aero theme, the patented anatomic Speed Sleeve construction extend further down to the elbows to help reduce drag while in the cycling position. A low cut minimal collar reduces turbulence and keeps you cooler while key seams are bonded providing a smoother surface for the wind to pass over.

P.R.O. Transfer In-R-Cool fabric, which is treated with Coldblack technology, provides active cooling against the skin and has a finish that reflects rather than absorbs the sun's rays which is especially important on darker garments. This technology also helps repels harmful UV rays, as backed by its UPF 40+ rating. If the heat keeps getting poured on, a full-length semi-auto lock zipper can be flipped up and pulled open with one hand for easy venting on longer climbs. Three rear pockets let you stow flat fixing items and snacks.

Great material and construction, but very short. Have two other jerseys from PI and ended up having to order this one two sizes larger and even then it didn’t reach waistline in the front. 6’2’’ so maybe not an issue for shorter riders.

I have too much difficulty getting sizing right on this site for some reason. I returned this as it's way too small - and I've been buying/wearing cycling jerseys for years. I can't buy with confidence here bc you get hit with a $7 shipping return fee. This is why Amazon is taking over the entire retail space guys - adapt or don't.

I always wear medium, but this shirt in large was too short in the front. I didn't like the material or the fit either. I own a few Pro and Elite jerseys from a few years ago and they are a much better fit and better material.

I’m 6’0 185 44” chest, athletic build. Ordered an XL. Shirt is very short in the front. Just a hair above my waist line. Shirt is also a bit loose in the waist area as well. I have a 32” waist. Sleeves were tight. Not quite uncomfortable but I was aware of how tight they were. Color is not the same as in the photos. I returned this item

Great jersey, however, the front is not low enough to cover the stomach, it’s too high. I’ve bought many Castelli jersey’s and this one does not fit similar to previous jersey’s.

Good materials, and I was excited to try this out -- I've had a few of the same model from a few years ago and they are the workhorses of my kit. I ordered a medium (5'11", 150lbs) and the fit was solid. But the new speed sleeves reminded me of a sphygmomanometer. I'm a cyclist, nobody has ever accused me of having "guns", or for that matter ever even commented on my biceps. However, the cuffs on the speed sleeves were tight enough around the brachial artery that I was worried I'd lose circulation to my fingers after a minute or two. While this might stretch out after a while, it's just not something I feel like dealing with. Other brands have form-fitting sleeves that fit just fine, I think PI just got a little too aggressive on this go around.
