Unless you're a competitive racer, you probably got into cycling to escape the daily grind and get some good exercise, fresh air, and blissful sunshine along the way. The Pearl Izumi Men's P.R.O. Escape Jersey is designed for these everyday escapes where you'll be pedaling across your local countryside, thanks to its lightweight, moisture-wicking Transfer In-R-Cool fabric combined with cooling mesh ventilation in perspiration-heavy zones, such as the underarms.

Pearl's Coolplus technology rapidly accelerates the jersey's wicking performance and drying time, thereby keeping you utterly cool and comfortable in sweltering conditions. These strategically placed fabrics sit alongside a snug, form-fitting design for security and five rear pockets for plentiful storage on longer rides. For greater visibility after dark, reflective elements pop to passing traffic in low-light conditions. There's even Screaming Green BioViz colorway for cyclists regularly riding after dark, which is the brightest, most visible design in the PRO Escape collection.

Pearl Izumi recommends sizing up which I did and it would be great if it was a few inches longer. Chest and shoulder areas are fine, waist is a little baggy and the torso length is too short for me. If you have a short torso this jersey would probably be great for you in a size up from your normal stuff.

Believe the reviews. This jersey is both tight and short. I ordered an XL, which is what I received. I tried it on and returned it. I really like Pearl Izumi and think the products are good value for the money. Nevertheless, this style did not work for me.

I have many pearl Izumi jerseys that fit great. But this PI pro jersey is a terrible fit. Even for a formfitting jersey it is way too tight up top and short, loose and floppy around the waist, seems to be designed for a short bean pole build.....

This jersey is very short on the torso length. I have several Pearl Izumi jerseys in the same size that fit well, but this doesn't even reach my shorts. If you have a shorter torso, this may work well for you.
