I really enjoy this for the nutritional benefits it provides - I drink it after a workout and sometimes for breakfast! So far I've only tried two flavors: chocolate and berry. The chocolate flavor was okay - it is not sweetened so if you want something less plain I suggest agave or honey! The berry flavor on the other hand was terrible - spare yourself the struggle of making yourself drink it every day until it's gone and you can justify buying any other flavor.

I use this protein pretty much every day in a breakfast smoothie. It's made from great ingredients and it has a whopping 20 grams of protein per scoop, but the flavor is really lacking. I get the chocolate flavor, use half a scoop, and really doctor it up so I don't have to taste it as much. After I finish this tub I'll probably try some of the other flavors to see if they taste better.

Protein is a good quality and I love the Berry flavor. Stay clear of the Tropical in my opinion.

I love this protein shake, Vega always has very good tasting shakes. I really like this shake as it has a good amount of protein but not more then I feel like I need. Perfect for supplementing in a little extra.
