As the name implies, The North Face made the Cyclone Hooded Jacket specifically for windy weather situations, particularly on the go. Weighing in just under seven ounces, the Cyclone conveniently stows away into its own pocket for easy packing, then whips out in a hot second to block wind and repel light moisture. The Cyclone's WindWall nylon is nearly impenetrable to the wind, and the DWR treatment keeps precipitation at bay. Not to mention, the stylish color-blocking comes in handy when you head into town after a day on the trail.

This is a normal windbreaker, you’re really paying for the name. I’m 145lbs, 36DDD and 5’5” and the medium fits a bit roomy at the top, which is okay. However, the elastic at the bottom is TIGHT when it’s zipped. I can fit this over my hips, but I have to wear it like a crop top in order to not be squeezed to death. It’s so uncomfortable around my hips and it’s hard to sit down. I do have an hour glass figure, so people with slimmer builds probably won’t have this issue. I’ve only worn it one weekend due to this and I’ll probably only wear it when I’m in crop tops or sports bras so I don’t have to bunch my t-shirts up at my waist.

I love this jacket so much! I love the color scheme. It’s so light weight and breathable and everything you could ask in a windbreaker. Highly recommend!

This isn't the best windbreaker I've ever owned, but it's pretty good. The if tis a little weird, I would size up if you're concerned at all. The colors are awesome and it's waterproof. It makes for a great late spring, early fall jacket.
