It’s almost impossible not to get sweaty when you’re running from a pack of marmots that are hungry for your trail mix, but the Women’s Merino 150 Long-Sleeve Baselayer Top is just the ticket. Smartwool made it extra tough by combining its famous merino wool with a hint of synthetic, and wove the 150 with a flattering cut and seams that won’t cause discomfort when you’re sprinting away from 30 fat and not-so-cuddly alpine rodents.

I ordered two shirts for me and my daughter sizes S and M. This really beautiful shirt, thin and fit very well based on size chart. But it little bit too itchy for me and my daughter has even more sensitive skin, so she even didn't try it. Sorry, but have to return. I really wanted to like it. .

I bought one a few weeks ago to try out and just loved it. It was so soft and comfortable, that I came back and bought a couple more in different colors. I wear these as a first layer and add a sweater and I'm fine. Don't hesitate. ..buy them, you won't regret it.

I have worn and loved Smartwool socks for 10 years, but this is the first article of clothing I've purchased. I'm 5'5, 120 lbs, and am typically a xs or small. Since this is a base layer and supposed to be fitted, I went with the small. It showed every lump and bump. I also thought the fabric was a little itchy. If I didn't think the fabric would bother me, I'd definitely re-order in a medium because the style is great and the blue is a beautiful shade.

I bought these as a gift and know the recipient was extremely happy with them. They keep them toasty warm and are very satisfied with the marino material. They are a slim fit, as most baselayers run.

I ordered what I thought was exactly the same shirt from another store and it fit nicely. Same description, but this baselayer top was a much slimmer cut and did not fit.

A great basic baselayer. Merino wool makes for the BEST baselayers and this shirt doesn't disappoint. It is long enough to tuck into baselayer bottoms or your snowpants so you definitely don't get a gap of exposed skin which is a HUGE plus.
