This is the best windproof jacket. It’s comfortable and very warm. I have 2 and looking at a 3rd but retailer and Patagonia can’t keep these in stock. Wish they could. I highly recommend this if you want a completely windproof jacket.

Great retro look and highly functional. This fleece is much warmer than I anticipated and also does a great job of blocking out wind. At first it felt a bit stiff but after regular use for a few weeks this is now the best fitting and feeling fleece that I own. I've worn it snowboarding, touring, mountain biking, camping, hiking, to and from the office, etc, it performs in all situations. Most of the time I wear a Large in jackets, fleece, t-shirts and so on. For this item I went with a medium as Patagonia's arms on their sz large tend to run pretty big.

The style of this thing is on point, you'll look great. I skied with it, and I found that it doesn't breathe as well as I would expect. The windproof is nice. I'll be using it again for spring skiing, but not as a layer.
