Speed in shipping. I have this jacket and decided to get my daughter one as well. She couldn’t be happier with it. Very satisfied

I was excited to purchase my first "Better Sweater" after hearing great feedback from my friends who own them. When I received mine and tried it on, the zipper closure was sticky. I sent it back for an exchange. The replacement I received also had a sticky zipper closure, and the entirety of the zipper was wavy and would not lay flat, even after zipping. My mom commented that maybe the zipper is too light weight given the heaviness of the fabric. Are you guys cheaping out on the zipper? I really wanted to like this but am so disappointed!

I normally love Patagonia their quality is always top notch, HOWEVER their sizing is really poor. I’m a pretty small woman and I consistently fail to fit into the sleeves of Patagonia products including this jacket. While the torso fit perfectly the arms and shoulders were extremely snug and is the reason for returning it. I’m a small in almost every brand and never have issues like this where my arms feel like their in sausage casings.

We purchased in November and my daughter has worn approx 6 times. The zipper came un-stitched in such a way as to be beyond our ability to sew it ourselves. Backcountry.com referred us to Patagonia repair dept, which requires for us to pay return shipping on their defective product, but repair estimates state 8 weeks minimum, perhaps longer. I would have expected better from a brand that positions itself atop the outdoor gear food chain. Will not purchase Pata-Gucci in the future.

I placed an order on Dec. 2, I was given 2 day shipping. It's now Dec. 13 and I have not received the jacket I ordered. This Company uses OnTrack. I went to REI and bought a jacket there because I'm worried that my order won't be here on time. I used this companies Chat option and was told to call OnTrack. Really I said I didn't place an order with OnTrack I said you call them and get back to me. Apparently they don't do that. According to this company once the merchandise leaves their facility they are no longer responsible. If I could have left 0 stars I would have.. This was my first and will be my only time I purchase from this company.

Just received my jacket and when I pulled it out I thought it was a child's size. I wear XS everywhere as I have a small upper body frame. I ordered the XS after reviewing the size chart and couldn't even get it to zip up as it was ridiculously small.

This can be worn to work, or layered for outside wear. It looks nice but is also rugged. The slim fit runs a bit small. Ordered a medium for a 140lbs 5'4" woman and it fits great.

I am 5'2", 130lbs and have this in a small full zip and medium pullover. The small is very snug in the arms, making wearing any long sleeve shirts underneath pretty much impossible. Fits great over a short sleeved shirt. Medium definitely has more room and I've mostly worn it over a thin base layer and under a waterproof jacket while snowboarding. Very warm and comfortable. Recommend sizing up if you want a looser (not loose) fit for wearing layers underneath.

This sweater is perfect! It is a fantastic mid layer for the front and back country. It is warm and cozy with fleece on the inside and a nice, non-pilly and formal-appearing exterior. You can dress this sweater up or down. It's my go-to for cold air-conditioned offices or for fall and spring hikes. This is by far my favorite sweater I have ever owned. Fits true to size. I bought a size larger than I normally wear just so I could layer more underneath and I liked the bigger fit better. Another plus is that Patagonia is an incredible company and, after years of loving this sweater, if it ever needs a repair, Patagonia will do that for you!

Got this for my mom for Christmas and she's been wearing it almost every day. She says it's perfect to layer with under her coat, and keeps her warm in the office but not too hot. The flexibility in the sleeves has been another love as well.

My girlfriends previous better sweater had seen better days after probably 7 years of heavy use. There was no question as to what to replace it with and this one stepped in and took its place without missing a beat and is now a regular in the rotation again. Soft to the touch, very comfortable, and most importantly nice and warm! Flattering/feminine fit without being overly tight. The shadow blue looks great in person and has more of a blue/green hue to it than the picture shows in my opinion. Its very unique and she loves it! Fits true to size. Typically a medium in most tops and this fit perfect.

I bought this jacket for my mom and she loves it. It does fit a little small. She wears a small in most things but the medium fits perfect for her. My mom wears this jacket everywhere and is warm and stylish!

By far my favorite sweater to wear and I think everyone knows because I wear it ALL THE TIME. It's perfect in every way - it holds it's shape, it's comfortable, it's light enough to layer and substantial enough to keep me warm. I have the new Pelican shade and it's beautiful!
