I just purchased a new Re-Tool fleece and I am very disappointed. I have a previous version and it is very thick and warm. This one is very thin and almost see through in areas. I am very disappointed in Patagonia's downgrade in quality. I'm glad Backcountry has a great return policy! Overall I think that these run small.

This is my first Retool Patagonia pullover and I love it. I have several better sweaters and a couple Los Gatos pullovers all size medium. Love the verbana purple color on this one. It’s very soft and cozy. The sleeves and body seem a little longer compared to the other Patagonia styles but maybe it’s the difference in material. The overall fit allows plenty of room for layering over a tee. The chest size measures 20” with the waist at 19”. I probably could also wear a small in this style if I didn’t want to layer at all and wear alone.

I really wanted to like this jacket. It's beautiful and warm. I ordered a medium and it was fitted so I would order a size up if you want to wear anything other then a t-shirt underneath. Here's the problem: the collar goes all the way up to your neck and it's a bit scratchy and uncomfortable. Even when I unzipped the jacket, the one side stuck straight up into my neck. I bought it for camping and wanted something cozy comfy. Sitting in a camping chair messing with the neck on this jacket didn't sound appealing so I returned it. The deep plum color is gorgeous though!

This is a nice fleece and fits me better than some other Patagonia styles (I have a long torso and I think Patagonia runs short - but this fleece length is perfect)! I run in between a Medium and Large in tops and because of length went with a Large (I wear a Medium in Northface). It’s not as warm as I thought however. I wore it on a walk on a breezy night and could feel the wind right through it. I had to go home and put a long sleeve shirt under, then it was fine. So as long as it’s not windy, or you’re wearing over long sleeves it is ok. It is really cute though and I’d still recommend, just not if you want something super warm.

This cozy fleece has been perfect for cold spring mornings. The inside is luxuriously fluffy and the giant center pocket is super useful. I usually wear an XS in Patagonia shirts but size up in jackets for layering, and the S in this style is a little loose but comfortable!

Patagonia rarely lets me down for fleeces but this is by far the best one I have owned! The one main issue I have with majority of fleece pullovers is they don’t have pockets. This one has a massive pocket which is AMAZING! Love this so much I got my mother and sister one!

I was worried because a lot of reviews said this runs small but I ordered a medium, which is my normal size in Patagonia, and it’s perfect. I am 5’7” and 150lbs with an athletic build. The medium has a flattering fit with enough room to layer long sleeves underneath if necessary. hope this helps :)

So warm and soft!! I am always cold, but not when I’m wearing this. Highly recommend. I got the teal color and it’s beautiful! I’m 5’5”, 115 lbs, and ordered a small. It’s flattering but I am still able to fit a long-sleeve base layer under if needed.

I absolutely love this fleece! I purchased the purple verbena color and it is gorgeous in person! This is a high quality fleece, very soft and very warm. I would suggest to size up and more if you are a tall person. Patagonia's sleeves tend to run on the smaller size. I am normally a Medium but purchased the Large and it fits perfectly. I can still wear a layer underneath. I highly recommend this product. Very well made.

I purchased the teal in a S. Color is a beautiful rich teal and the fabric is soft and warm. I’m 115 lbs and 5’5” and the size small fits perfectly- I can wear a baselayer beneath while it still looks fitted.

So soft, beautiful minty color. Love it! I would say it runs true to size or a little big. I'm usually a Large top and bought the XL because reviews said slim, but it's still a little baggy.

I picked this up as a gift for a friend. Nice classic look, and the fit is very flattering. Great to wear this out on its own or under another jacket for warmth,, but it's also so comfortable I often throw it on in the morning to wear around the house. Perfect addition to any wardrobe and great crossover for fall, winter, and spring in the East. A real favorite!

Love the material. It is super soft and cozy. I normally wear an XS yet I'm returning this to go up a size as it runs a little small. I would recommend going up a size in order to adjust for layering, otherwise, it's great!
