I love the NRS Shorty! I have put it through a lot in the past year and it has held up really well! I love that is is so lightweight and it packs down pretty small. I honestly love this shorty so much!

The NRS Stampede short sleeve Paddling Jacket has been a favorite for a long time. I had a solid blue one, pin stripe green one, blue one with green piping (my favorite color combo.), yellow one, and my current spring green top. I have loved them all. In function, they keep getting better. The splashproof, zippered shoulder pocket is the best addition to this top. Having a double skirt allows you to feel the cool, river water on your arms, while keep the water out of your boat. I always look forward to summer time surfing in this top.

This shorty is the jack of all trades for warm weather kayaking. Without the confines of latex gaskets, the jacket is easy to put on. The GlideSkin neoprene sleeves and neck keep the water out, while keeping you cool through a breathable layer. Having a double layer keeps all of the water out even during a heavy playboating session. I never felt constricted wearing the Stampede and it almost became my second skin while kayaking in Africa. This will be my go to for most of my kayaking adventures, warm weather kayaking is my favorite!

Top keeps me protected from wind on warmer days when a drytop would be too much. The fit is made for men, but as a female paddler I still find it comfortable. The biceps are a bit loose, but not enough for it to be noticeable while paddling. The material is light which makes it super comfortable and easy to move in. Also the color is bright which keeps you safer when paddling in dark water.
