Even when those long training days have your muscles feeling tight, the Nike Flex Stride 5in BF Shorts will still flex with ease. They're made with a lightweight, flexible, and moisture-wicking fabric that'll work to keep you comfortable in just about every way it can. Your stride will be free and easy as your shorts stretch, and your skin will feel cool and dry as the Dri-FIT technology wicks away sweat. In addition to the light and stretchy inner lining that supports and comforts throughout your whole run, there's also a perforated area at the back of the shorts that lets in breathable airflow to regulate your temperature on hot days. A zippered phone pocket in the back keeps your smartphone securely stashed while you run, and even has a vapor barrier to keep your phone protected from damage as you sweat, so you can always be tracking your times and distances.

I have a couple other pairs of flex shorts and they all had a boxer brief liner, I bought these expecting the same. As you have probably gathered by now these have a brief liner. I was not stoked at first but since I loved the others so much I figured I'd give them a try and ended up liking them enough to keep them. Nice deep hand pockets allows you to put something in there and have it stay put for the duration of a run. I usually put a package of honey stinger chews in there and have never had it bounce out, and typically dont even notice its in there during a run. Nice for after runs as well to put your wallet or something similar in in case you need to run some errands. Zip pocket at the back to secure valuables on a run, I put my keys in there but its big enough for a phone. Also has a smaller inner stretch pocket inside the liner thats good for a single small key, emergency tp, etc. Super lightweight with good breathability thanks to the perforations in the back and full range of motion with the 5 inch inseam and small side splits, awesome for hot summer runs with no chafing and plenty of comfort for long mileage runs.
