Adding more comfort without sacrificing its light weight, Klymit has amped up the original Static V formula in the Static V Luxe Sleeping Pad. Destroying all notions of how luxurious a sleeping pad can truly be, the Static V Luxe has a V-chamber design to mirror the contours of your muscular structure, which eliminates painful pressure points and traps all of your precious body heat. Measuring in at a downright vast 30-inch width, this pad offers you the freedom to toss and turn as much as you'd like without rolling off the pad. And if you do roll a bit too far, Klymit equipped this pad with Dynamic Side Rails to help guide you back for a center alignment. When it's time to head on to the next campsite, just press the push-valve for a quick deflation, and toss the pad in the included storage sack.

This season forced me to switch holidays and vacation plans to camping and hiking. Some short weekends in remote locations by the sea and a week up in the mountains. This thing is amazing. Compact, lightweight and REALLY COMFORTABLE on any type of terrain from sand to rocks and grass at 30°F. Giong to get an insulated one for my wife.

A super compact and comfy piece of gear. I'm a bigger guy, 192cm ~90kg and this thing is just perfect. Takes around 12-15 breaths to inflate and I barely touch the ground with my bum when sitting on it. And it also is REALLY wide, no jokes. Consider this when making your choice, 'cuz two of these will cover a 3p tent floor with no space to spare on the sides.

If you are a tent camping motorcyclist this is amazing. I am 6foot8 and well over 300 pounds and this keeps my big ass off the ground. I wake up able to function in the morning, break camp and put down more miles.

I have always been an air pad skeptic. Since the air pad came on the scene, I have yet to sleep on one that gave me a great night's sleep. They were always loud when you moved, not insulated enough, or tried to buck you off when you got near the edge of the pad. None of those things happened with the the Klymit Static V Luxe! I took it out for a night dipping down into the mid teens and slept like a baby. The V shaped baffles seemed to hug me no matter which way I rolled. Not once did I feel the ground or the cold that I know was trying to infiltrate my dreams. The dual valves were easy to inflate and deflate. And the rolled up size was barely noticeable in my pack. This is a real game changer for me in the air pad world and one I will take with me much more often.

Im a larger human (6'2 250) so i take my camping pad seriously. I purchased the XL and was very surprised at how small it packs down, how easy it was to inflate and most of all, how comfortable i was on it. I toss and turn when i sleep due to an injury and i slept extremely comfortably on my back and on my sides, which is rare with backpacking pads. I highly recommend this pad.

I loved this sleeping pad. It was easy to inflate and comfortable to sleep on. Unfortunately, after 6 nights (over the length of 10 months) of sleeping on it, I woke up on the 7th night on the hard ground. The pad had deflated! I figured I must have forgotten to lock the mouth pieces or something. So I took it home and blew it up in my room, locked the mouth pieces, and layed on it for 10 minutes. Sure enough, the mat deflated (I'm only 100 pounds!). I'm now returning the product :(

I have only used this in the late spring and early summer but it does insulate you from the ground while adding a huge amount of comfort! I even tried this with a roll-up, closed cell foam mat underneath for "extra" padding and insurance against punctures. It was added weight and bulk but I was Jeep camping. At 205 Lbs, I never hit the ground in either case. I side sleep a lot and didn't have sore shoulders or hips when I woke up! It was well worth buying!

This Klymit sleeping pad design was great. Wider than standard version which is nice as I tend to change positions frequently and I don't roll off. I was a little skeptical about how much cushion this pad could provide as it is only a couple inches thick, but the air chamber design is great. I used it for 4 nights in Wyoming on an Antlope hunt and could not be more satisfied with this purchase. Very comfortable!

I'm about 6'3" and 220 lbs. I am also a side sleeper. This is the best backpacking air mattress I've had that keeps me from feeling the ground as I sleep on my side. It is also big enough for the area that my sleeping bag covers. I'm very happy with this purchase!

This is an amazing sleeping pad, especially if you are a side sleeper. I had a foam pad that I was using before I purchased this and I will never use that foam pad again. Also make sure to purchase a pillow while you're at it. Pad and pillow combo is a must!

I bought the smaller Static V for backpacking and I was so impressed with the comfort I decided to get the wider version for car camping. It is impressively comfortable for side sleeping, which can be really hard to find in a sleeping pad. This one certainly takes a little longer to inflate vs the smaller Static V, but I have generally gotten it blown up in about 18 - 20 breaths. (The smaller one is around 12 - 14.)

Made the upgrade to this from a bulky yet thin/uncomfortable foam pad and could not be happier! This sleeping pad packs down extremely well while being luxuriously large when inflated. The wide design is super nice as I tend to move around a bit trying to get comfortable before passing out. This pad has made a huge difference for my camping experience and I would highly recommend to anyone on the search for one!

Great pad for side sleepers - the baffle design makes for a really comfortable and stable sleep, no waterbed effect. I find this guy to be more stable and quieter not to mention cheaper than many of the other big name air-filled sleeping pads out there, a big deal if you are used to self-inflating ones. I found the regular size to be just a teensy bit short for me as a 6 footer using a pillow.

My first blow up. Used this twice so far, I think one side leaks, I'll give it a third shot tomorrow and exchange it if it does. Nothing worse than being woken in the night and needing to add about 10-15 breaths to one side. When it's full it's comfortable as I sleep on my side. it's actually a little too insulated from the ground on those hot summer nights, It's better than the self inflating one I had before this.

This pad is awesome, I had trouble with my old pad due to rolling off it constantly and waking up on the ground. This pad is super wide and eliminated that problem. This pad also packs down decently small for how big it inflates! If you're looking for a bit more comfort when you camp and some more room this pad is for you. If you have any questions on this sleeping pad or any sleeping pads we carry please feel free to give me a call or shoot me an email!

I had read a few reviews that this pad was noisy but I figured it wouldn't be a big issue. I don't have any issues by my camp mates complain it wakes them if I toss and turn in my sleep. If you're into earplugs it is one comfy pad!

This pad had survived everything from my pups sharp claws, to needles and debris that has made it into my tent (mostly from the dog). The pad performs well if any moisture makes it in your tent as the baffles keep you dry, and it is big! No more falling off my sleeping pad in the middle of the night to wake up to numb limbs and shoulders

I'm 6'2", 190lbs, and not a youngster, so sleeping on the ground just isn't an option for me when camping. I was looking for something that could meet my needs in length, width, and height. The Klymit Static V Luxe checked all the boxes. It's not a king-size memory foam pad with a feather topping, but if that's what you're looking for, you can try the Four Seasons. This pad gives you the comfort you need and packs up super small. No complaints, at all. Absolutely love it.
