Merino wool fibers are the perfect all-natural solution for keeping you comfortable when working up a sweat in cool weather. Soft, breathable, temp-regulating, and even odor-fighting, the Icebreaker Long-Sleeve BodyFit 200 Oasis Crew leverages merino wool's beneficial properties, along with smart design details, to optimize your comfort during cold-weather activities. The offset shoulder seams prevent pack rub when you're out exploring the backcountry, and the flatlock seams throughout the garment ensure you move comfortably through your day on the slopes or in the hills. Underarm gussets offer mobility as you pole plant or build an igloo for winter camp. The crew neck and slim fit allow for easy layering, and the drop-tail hem provides extra rear coverage for a worry-free fit.

I have a lot of different baselayers in my closet and I must say that Icebreaker is my favorite. They're soft and have the right amount of stretch. Zero itch. I'd buy these in multiple colors if available!

Wanted a nice base layer that I used for skiing in 30ish degree weather (I ski hot). This is perfect weight and fit. Got a medium: I'm 5'5, 114ish, broad shoulders, 30DD, long arms, straight from chest down. It was slim but still had enough room for gaining a couple of pounds, and looked great with my Norrana Tamock Pants :)

I bought this Kingfisher color top to go with the navy color bottoms. I love the color combo for this outfit, and it's really warm and soft against my skin, too. Being that I'm so short, of course this top is too long on me, but I like that it's not skin tight which makes it even more comfortable as lounge wear. I would've gotten the XS if I wanted to wear it as a fitted base layer under clothing. I'm praying that these hold up with no holes as my leggings unfortunately got a hole in them immediately upon wearing my first time. Wool is touchy and must be dealt with care even though they're machine washable.

The fit andd feel of the wool make this my go-to top for layering when cold, or just as is. Very soft and definitely thinner than my Smartwool tops, but I like that. Also, it isn't skin tight but not so loose that I can't layer it. Some reviewers say that it is too short but I found it to be just the right length. All in all, a great top.

Loved the shirt for the material itself however I can't have that logo visible on my left arm like that (that was really disappointing to see) and like so many other tech review sites have noted, the real deal breaker is the short fit through the torso ... otherwise the fit was fine ... I wouldn't consider going up a size as it would be too big and defeat the purpose of keeping me warm.

I bought top in Blue last February and have worn it a TON! I was working as a Guide in Alaska this summer, I wore it in my kayak on the ocean, it got sprayed repeatedly, super salty for days on end, yet it never would stretch out, kept its shape, and dried very quickly. I wore it guiding on the glacier as well under my midlayer or just my rainjacket, still perfect and even after days and days of no washing (yes, I know, kinda gross, but a girls on a grind sometimes, ya' know?) it NEVER stank! I want one in every color now! After tons of use, on the ocean, glacier, mountains, bush wacking through brambles etc. It has only developed one tiny lil' hole, and not even on a seam, but on my belly from a thorn. I can not recommend this highly enough, if you're like me and can run warm or cold depending on the day, this layer is perfect for every application. I'm sure this top will last me years. Thanks Icebreaker for REAL quality!

I have this shirt in a couple of colors. I thought the stripes would be ugly but they are actually super cute. I wear the striped one to work all the time. It makes a great single layer on cool days and a fantastic base layer when it's really cold out. It fits a bit loose so if you are buying it mostly for layering you may want to size down.

Over the past two seasons, I've collected beautiful jewel colors in the All-Day lightweight crew necks. Great in Atlanta with the Carrie vest. The 200 weight (a beauty in blue) is my first--and Georgia's temperature has just dropped. This Women's Large is a looser fit than my other base layers in Large--OK, but an initial try-on felt a bit itchy/scratchy, hmm.

This is a great under layer. It is pretty thin though, so I ended up returning it. I run pretty cold. Otherwise, this is a solid shirt and will most likely keep you warm. True to size.

super comfortable; pretty true to size I do not like super snug so I bought a size up; really like the fabric breaths great; fashionable too so after a workout outside the outer layers can go off and easily can wear to grab a bite to eat in too

This is a good merino wool shirt. I like to wear it with a vest over it and have got a few compliments. The sleeves are the perfect length. Washed and dried it and it did not shrink one bit. Great for any activity. I am glad I went with the size small because it is a little snug. If you have gear questions feel free to reach out to me directly. (801)204-4683 adibella@backcountry.com

I have the Icebreaker Oasis long sleeve tops in many different colors. I also have some round neck, some crew neck, some solids, some patterned, etc.... If you haven't figured it out yet, I absolutely love this top. It goes without saying that these tops are super comfy and warm. I even have some that are 7+ years and still going strong after taking a beating. I pretty much live in these every day of the winter when I'm not in the city. Even if I'm just hanging out at home. And obviously if I'm going to be out for some cold weather outdoor activity, one of these is a must. I have two sizes of these: XS for layering like for skiing for example when I want to put 1+ layer on top and don't want bulk and wrinkles. And S for wearing just as a top when I'm out in the country or doing some random outdoor activities like gardening when it's a bit cold or hanging by the still-very-cold pool in the early spring like this weekend. The best part about this top is that it doesn't smell. I can wear it one day and sweat profusely in it and if I hang it so it dries overnight then the following day it's dry and not smelly (!). I can wear it again and same thing. It gets to the point where I wash it just because I feel like I should and not because it's actually smelly. Which makes this a great top for trips where you want to pack light and don't want to do laundry while you're away (and don't want to smell). I can't say enough good things about this top. And it comes in great colors and patterns so I keep buying more......

I have worn the striped Bodyfit Oasis 200 Crew several times so far. As a base layer, and alone, by itself. It is very warm, and very attractive. It washes well, on delicate cycle, and retains its shape. The fabric is very soft. It fits a little loose. I purchased a medium, but feel that a small might fit me better. I am 5'6" and weigh 123 lbs.

I purchased this BodyFit 200 crew long-sleeve for a six-day backpacking trip in the Sawtooth Mountains of Idaho and wore it every day. Along with a thin fleece, down-filled puffy and winder-breaker shell, I stayed warm on even the coldest nights at 8,500 feet. I was worried that the wool would be itchy on my sensitive skin, but this top was super-comfy! I wasn't sure which size to get at first - so I ordered both the small and medium. They both fit my 5'7" 130 lb. frame (34A cup) but I decided to keep the small as it hugged my torso a little tighter - better for easy layering. I returned the medium. Thank you, Backcountry, for making returns easy with the flat $6.99 shipping label!

I am a huge icebreaker fan and have a couple other of icebreaker shirts (260 weights), this one seems a little less soft than the others but I would still buy again. For some reason the neck is a little tighter too, compared to the same size in other icebreaker shirts I own. For reference, I am 5'4'', 125lbs and I bought an XS. I wear it under other shirts or sweaters so prefer a close fit. Definitely keeps me warm and very quick drying.

This long sleeve is the perfect addition to an autumn stroll. It provides just enough extra warmth to get me through the occasional wind gusts but if I'm just wearing it as sans jacket, it doesn't create enough heat for me to feel uncomfortable on a hike. With a jacket, this pullover transforms into a toasty baselayer. The Oasis 200 is lightweight, and fits great. I especially love how soft and stretchy the material is. For sizing reference, I am 5'6''/125 lbs and am very happy in a medium.

This is a great layer for the fall days that go from cool to warm. It has kept me warm, but not caused me to overheat when hiking. The fabric is very soft. I am 5'10" and this shirt is shorter (in the torso and arms) than other base layers, but because I pair it with other items it's been fine.

I recently wore this biking and it was by far the best all-around layer I have ever owned. It kept me nice and cool as I was peddling up hill, and warm and cozy when I was going downhill. I never got too hot and my sweat didn’t freeze on the way down. I didn't even know that was possible! This top is definitely worth the money and SO SOFT! Do yourself a favor and buy one!!

I am quite tall (178cm) and this long sleeve is flattering as well as excellent for moisture wicking and keeping in the warmth. Especially great for a light layer under ski gear. Got a great deal with the on sale colour too!
