I heard good things about Roctane BCAA from my marathon customers, so I decided to give it a try. I've been getting micro-tears in my quads all ski season and it was really painful. Using Roctane BCAA made a huge difference right away in my soreness and endurance while skiing and soreness afterwards. I used it as directed on the bottle and occasionally used a little extra during skiing when I was super sore. I plan to use it for hiking this spring, summer, and fall, as well! I highly recommend it for muscle soreness and recovery for endurance activities.
