I just received the bag and have used it for 2 days now. My initial impressions with it are mostly positive. The few very small issues I have with the bag are honesty personal preference. I would have liked to seen larger YKK zippers do to the facts that they’re so close to fabric and have a tendency to get caught on it. I would have also liked to see slighter wider shoulder straps they’re comfortable as is and get the job done but with heavier loads I can see them being an issue. I will use this as my overnight “rucksack” so that’s the angle I’m viewing it as. If you’re looking to buy this for casual city life this will work great it’s got a suspended laptop compartment and two ways to access it. Great grab handle. Nice concealable zippered pockets in the front and extra separating sections on the inside for maybe a IPad or other tech. Lastly it has a small zippered pouch in the main compartment to keep loose items like keys or pens etc. Really loving the bag for my use and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed with this purchase!
