As the racing heats up in California this May, each day's leaders will be kitted up in a custom version of the Assos Men's SS.grandprixJersey_evo8 on the road and on the podium, which we take as a big stamp of approval that this jersey can handle some serious ride time. The pro teams are notoriously demanding when it comes to kit, and any leaders jersey needs to meet high expectations for comfort and design. And though the majority of us won't be earning a classification jersey anytime soon, we all can gain access to the same comfortable fit and high tech fabric technology seen on the big screen.

This jersey's hallmark is its exceptionally lightweight, almost mesh-like fabric, designed to keep riders cool and in-focus over the gruelingly hot climbs of Southern California's mountain ranges. Its fit follows suit, striking a balance between race-aero tight and fondo loose to provide a streamlined profile that remains comfortable through mid-week hammer fests and weekend double centuries alike. As such, the grandprixJersey is poised to hold court on a front-row hanger as a versatile essential in your daily cycling kit decisions.

Beautiful jersey but I normally wear an XLG size but the XLG in this jersey was like a Medium. Too bad because I really would have liked to wear it.

The first time I reviewed this item I was very pleased. Until I washed it the first time, and the material in the chest area started wearing through. I followed washing instructions perfectly, and washed with other jerseys that came out fine. The material this product is made of is very inferior. It literally falls apart!

5' 10" 165 lb. Large fits very good but slightly tight across the biceps. Performs extremely well in the heat. I thought the pink was going to be a softer, manly pink but it turned out to be a garish hot pink and sent it back. The yellow really pops and I'm ordering a blue now.

It felt like some $10 import from China! Runs way too small - looked great - just terrible feel about it! I am a 42" chest 6'0" 165Lb cyclist - its too short on the length of the chest. But the worst if the cheap feel of it!

I'm 5'8", 135-lbs, 36-in chest, and this jersey in a Small fits me perfectly. Let me clarify though - it fits me like a race jersey, despite the fact that the product description says its "regular" fit. That said, I prefer race cut jerseys to regular or club cut jerseys. Given that I'm somewhere between an XS and an S according to the size chart, and given that this regular fit jersey in a Small fits me more like a race jersey, I have to say that this product runs small by a size or two. And now for the reason I returned it - the collar is way too tall for my liking. when zipped all the way up, it fits like a turtleneck. And when not zipped up all the way, the collar doesn't always fold over and stay down like a true collared shirt...so its either up all the way and somewhat uncomfortable like a turtleneck, or its down and flapping in the wind. Its too bad, because that's the only reason I returned it. Everything else about the jersey seemed top notch.

Exchanged a medium which was uber tight for a large which fit my arms, back and chest perfectly. Unfortunately, the neck was gaping when zipped up and there was extra material above my pectoral area. Not sure if this was designed as such or just mismanufactured. It is a great looking jersey with good material, but the neck and extra material issue made it a non wearer.

A very nice jersey, good construction but, is tight around armpits and chest. 66"/143lbs.

I like this jersey, but it doesn't feel Assos-y. I suppose that it's right about in line with what you pay though! The graphics are tight though! Important note: This runs a good bit larger than other Assos jerseys. Size down.

I'm a 5'9", 170 pound, average fitness 50-year old. Torso maybe a bit big, arms a bit small. Chest measures 40 inches, which would put me in a Large by sizing chart. Could barely zip front of jersey and arms barely fit thru sleeves. This is TRULY a Euro-sized jersey, so all you Americans out there, order up a size (or two!). Should have been clued in by the fact that there were almost no XLs left for order...
