Not a very exciting purchase, but it worked and all the Thule stuff I've bought recently has been super easy to install which is pretty much all I care about.

I got #3068 for my 2016 Subaru Impreza, and while it attaches, there are ugly gaps between the bottom of my aeroblade edge bars and the rubber edge. Tthe two pieces should be flush. It's not even because of my car, it's the two Thule parts that don't fit well together which is frustrating. The gap is due to the metal part that screws to the feet being too tall/ holes not placed where it would sit flush when attached to the aeroblade feet. Maybe I got a defective kit?

I used the 4041 kit on a GMC Yukon to fit some Aeroblade bars on an existing track and they fit really well. They only screw in to the pre-made holes on the track which makes installation a snap and have stayed solid on the track thus far.

I used the 4041 kit for a GMC Yukon and not only were the directions pretty straightforward but the installation with the Aeroblade Edge bars was pretty easy with some more than slight technical know how/

My dear Toaster (a 2006 Honda Element) required the 3109 fit kit in order to rock-and-roof-rack. There is some serious peace of mind provided by Thule's labeling even the packaging as "HONDA ELEMENT." None of the panic of staring at a wall of tiny pieces in boxes labeled "Y23489072354897" and you think, "Maybe that's the one?" Thanks, Thule! The instructions were effective, if lacking in creativity or hilarity. One thing to note: it really is important to connect the Fit Kit to the foot packs first, and those to the crossbars, before mounting to the car. It will make things MUCH more efficient. I found sitting on the roof of my Element to be the key to success with installation. I gave this 4 stars, as the plastic cover pieces for the Honda Element fit kit didn't seem to perfectly over the roof connecting points. Granted, this was really only noticeable from my perch atop the car, but still.

This fit kit was pretty simple to install on my Honda Element, as it already had the fixed points on the roof. Just pop off the plastic cover, screw them into the two fixed points, then pop the fit kit over that and secure it down. Only 4 stars though, because it is overpriced for what it is. I bought these for a Thule Aero Blade rack installation. The 3097's are for fixed-point mounting, so it was pretty easy to get them on. The rubber bottom piece doesn't sit flush on the rear mount points of my factory installed side rails, but it doesn't affect the mount, it's just aesthetic.
