5'10" 175lbs, 32" waist, Medium These have an outstanding overall fit that's trim, but not restrictive, and hits just above my knees. The wide waistband is very comfortable, and the pockets are large enough to handle a modern phone, keys, and wallet in the back. My only gripe is the fabric attracts dog hair.
