Arguably, there's nothing more uncomfortable than wearing a pair of stiff pants on the skin track. So do yourself a favor and don the Marmot Women's Kate Pant when your slope-side activities call for unrestricted mobility. The Kate features Marmot's M1 material which is not only waterproof and breathable, but also windproof and stretchy. The articulated, slim fit offers a sleek look that's equally stylish as it is practical, while the faux hand pockets provide a tailored illusion. Internal gaiters keep snow out of your ski boots, while the ankle zippers provide easy access to ski boots.

Fit great and comfortable. I have a straight figure and feel like they are more for the curvy figure. Tighter in the waste and fuller in the hips, but I'm keeping them.

I was looking for sleeker, more fitted snow pants. Great construction - warm, thick, quality materials, but not as baggy, puffy. I'm glad I didn't size up based on reviews because they fit true to size. I usually wear XS or S and got these in XS. I am 5'3 125lbs with athletic legs. I could go for S if I wanted more room or for base layers, but I like the XS because the waist isn't too big like most ski pants (still a bit loose) and they're fitted in the legs until it flares out. It's flattering. I don't plan on wearing leggings since there's a good fleece lining inside. They definitely run short. I got a regular length and they may be a little shorter than I like for ski pants.

These pants are super comfortable with a perfect waistband. Felt like there was extra fabric around the hips, and I know it would drive me crazy skiing. Otherwise, great pants.

I bought this for my wife. She liked everything about this pants except of the size. It's too small for Medium size skiing pants. I think she needs large size when all of other pants are medium size. Strange! We feel disappointed about this purchase.

I love this pant for warmer sunnier days on the slopes, but the fit is definitely off. I am normally a small (sometimes even an extra small) and I need a medium in these to make them work for skiing. So be sure and size UP!!!!

I purchased these pants about two years ago. They've held up since then with a TON of wear! They're perfect for both ice climbing, backcountry and resort skiing. They're juuusstt the right about of insulated. I love how you can adjust the bottom of the pants depending on the type of activity you're doing. Two definite cons: One, there's no vents! Come on now! Two, the fit is so weird. I'm normally an XS or S, and I ended up needing to buy a Medium and a belt to make these fit right. The waist is huge and the legs are tight. I have a typical athletic figure - small waist and big thighs -- and these don't really flatter that shape. The pants were so great I didn't mind - but I'm learning having an extra step in taking off your pants (the belt) when you have to pee really bad is just not OK. Plus it's bulky and unflattering. Gotta look cute on the slopes, you know?

I’m 5’5, 120lbs, I got the XS and these fit great. I also bought the small, but they were too big in the waist and hips. I can only fit one layer underneath since they are quite tight. The definitely need a belt to remain up throughout the day. My only complaint is they are a tad short. I bought them for spring skiing and they are perfect for just that. I wouldn’t recommend them for a cold day.

Got these as a gift and I'm in love with them! I'm 5'2", 115lbs with somewhat short legs for my height. Normally wear a size 2 w/ short inseam in pants or a 0 Petite or 2 Petite in dresses. The Small fits me perfectly with just enough room for a pair of leggings underneath (wearing leggings underneath in these pics; they are looser on the legs without the leggings -- honestly leggings might not be necessary since they have a nice soft lining)! They aren't poofy. I've never felt cute in snow pants until now. The material seems durable. Tempted to get these in more colors. Love the deep teal. If you're short, give these a try. I think they are pretty true to size -- if you're between sizes, I'd size up for flexibility of layering. :)

I bought these pants based on the great reviews and what seemed like excellent value. The style is slim and the fabric is soft and stretchy. When I tried them on at home, the seam on one of the hips puckered, but I assumed it was because of the way the pants had been folded in transit. Unfortunately, after several wears, the hip still puckers in an unflattering way, and the waist stretches, so the pants fall down as the day progresses, and I am constantly yanking them up. The bottom of the leg is also so slim that it barely fits over my ski boots. Unfortunately, these will need to be replaced with something better.

I unfortunately listened to the other reviews saying that these pants run small. I am always a small but decided to get a medium just incase. I have a trip in a week I wanted to wear these pants for, but when they came they were too bug, I should've just gotten a small. So over all just get your right size that you usually are.

I'm 5'5 and 135 lbs and I ordered these in a Medium. They fit perfect and the length is just right! not too tight on the thighs at all but slim fit. They fit perfectly with leggings underneath. Lots of pockets as well!

These pants are great, especially if you do not care for puffy pants. They are warm and fit wonderfully. I have them in three colors and love them.

I gave these as a gift and they have a nice athletic fit to them. Great for snowshoeing, x country skiing and general mountain wear. They seem to run a little small but have excellent stretch and can fit a variety of boots since it has a cuff expansion system on it.

I purchased these for spring skiing use on a nice day. I am usually an extra small or small in pants and ski pants. In these I am a small. I am 5' , 100lbs. I can fit a base layer under them. The fit of these pants are indicated as slim, and it is a slim fit. You may want to size up one, or order your usual size and one larger, to see what fits you best. These fit me much better than the marmot davos pant, which did not fit me at all. I ordered the deep teal, and it is a little darker than appears on the website. Only thing missing on these pants is a scuff guard.

I like the style of these pants and also wanted to love the fit but unfortunately the pair I received was a bit snug for me. I am 5'5" and 140 athletic build. I thought the small would fit based on my other Marmot purchase of the Slopestyle version in a small which fits great. These are a much slimmer pant and are not adjustable. I am not sure how warm they would be for skiing but do not seem like the type of pants you would wear a base layer under so even in a bigger size they would probably not be my first choice for skiing.I think the zipper at the ankle would be less attractive when it is open to cover your ski boots. I think they would be great for hiking though.
