This is perfect for the money - keeps the rain and wind out but lets me breathe. I keep it in my Jeep year 'round in Colorado as I never know when I will run into rain, snow or just catch altitude fever and climb some peaks. It has kept up with me every step of the way and is my go-to outer layer. My only complaint is the neck can be a little tight.

Got this jacket to replace my Beta AR and its done a great job. Not quite as bomber as the triple layer Beta but the fit is longer at the waist and feels much more packable. The jacket is decked out with great pockets and has a nice cut for climbing and layering while not feeling too baggy. Sheds water and wind very well and for a great price.

I was immediately impressed with the quality and fit of this jacket. It looked a bit small when I first opened it but once I tried it on the fit and articulation were dialed in. take 20% off coupons from coupon-code.info

I gave this jacket to my dad, and he absolutely loves it. He wears this with a puffy underneath for normal ski days and says that it has the perfect amount and placement of pockets. He plans to use this for mountaineering trips as well because the material is very sturdy, keeps him warm in the wind, and keeps him dry from the rain or snow. His only con is that the hood seems a bit small for going over a ski helmet.

I cannot say enough about this jacket. It is stylish, sleek....pretty much every positive adjective and synonym in ole Webster's describes this jacket. I was already due in part to Mammut, but after purchasing this piece of gold, my appreciation for the company has only grown. Hiking, climbing, kayaking, fishing, back-seat car ride napping, date night at P.F Changs, Church Sunday morning, this jacket suits it all. As I write this review I can only hear my other rain tarps whimpering under an inch of dust in the closet.

Bought this for my dad for Christmas. It fits snug, so if you're looking to layer up underneath with a puffy on cold days, I'd definitely recommend sizing up. He's usually a Medium in most outerwear (5'10", 160 lbs), but I returned the Medium and got him a Large instead. This is a nice, technical shell. It has appropriate pockets and venting and seems to be made of hardy, durable material.

I haven’t worn this jacket many times in bad weather but so far it is great. The jacket is very comfortable and works great for blocking the wind and staying dry from the rain.

I used this jacket as a daily rain jacket, during sports, and not too often with a heavy backpack. I bought it four years ago and I feel I should have spent the extra cash and gotten a real 3 layer hardshell. After a year or a year and a half it started to really soak through on the shoulders and nowadays the membrane is so thin you can see though some parts. Id expect that from a $100 rain jacket but this should have performed better given the $200 price.

This jacket great for multiple uses. It works as a rain coat and then put a fleece under it and instantly it doubles as a ski coat. Also I’m a women and it fits me great.
