I use these for short and long rides/ski tours. My go to gel. I'm celiac and these are free from gluten.

On yesterday's ride I reached into my jersey pocket to find.. a mess of gooey muck! The Honey Stinger gel had leaked all over everything.. regardless of how good the product is, they need to get their packaging done correctly. I googled this problem and they've had leaky gels for at least five years.. not acceptable. I suggest that you avoid this product unless you're willing to risk getting slimed.

These are a simple energy boost that is easy to take with you just about anywhere. I enjoy the gel more than actually eating something when I'm gassed at the top of a climb or hike.

I am not a big fan of the other gels, but these taste good and provide the energy you need. Great for long runs or rides

These worked so great for an extended hiking carb and electrolyte. Definitely picked up the group when I passed them out. The taste proved to be a hit as everyone really liked the flavor and the fact they weren't too thick.

These would get a higher score but the ones I got have not been sealed well enough at the opening and keep splitting open in my pack and pockets. Otherwise they taste great, are easy to digest and provides just the right amount of boost to keep you going. Hopefully mine were a production mistake but I am going to put them in a ziplock from now on.

While they may be a bit sweet; these gels really work; providing that extra lift to get us to the front of the group a the finish.

These "honey's" have a great flavor and provide substantial fuel for the burn. Been a great addition to my long hikes and runs. I really appreciate that real honey is used and natural benefits associated with that.

Yum. yum! I've been a skeptic of the whole space-food situation when playing bikes or ultra-running. No more! A friend handed me some of these fine fellows on a recent v long ride, when I was approaching **hangry** and shazam, felt so much better that I went out and bought a box that day. The viscosity of the gel is just right for slurping down mid-activity. It also does not leave me parched or feeling like I'm eating something only to survive as they are delish!

Honey goes down easy on the bike and provides a quick boost of energy that doesn't upset your stomach. These are perfect for racing.

Ginsting...? It wasn't bad, but it was very honey'ish. Ginseng? I have no clue what ginseng tastes like. I am not some hippy dippy person who eats that crap. This is decent stuff. It is like if some honey bee got into some ginseng and made some honey out of it.

I always have a couple of these in my pack of gear must-haves when mountain biking and I need some quick energy. I'll have one before a longer or challenging ride as well for a good start. I buy these always by the case before going to Moab for the weekend, and always come home with an empty box (my friends indulge as well). I go for the Gold. *** Questions? I was originally confused by these and the organic flavored ones and ended up getting the latter in Fruit Smoothie. I'm still not totally sure I understand the difference but nonetheless liked them although that specific flavor was a little too fruity. Gave these a try in gold as a result and they're exactly what I was looking for to keep me fueled while biking/hiking/skiing. Thanks America.

love these. my friend let me try her GOLD gel on one of our first (running) races, and i just stuck with it. i'm training for the marathon this year and have used it in 5 races so far. needs to be taken with water as they are slightly thick and concentrated. had a hard time finding them in-stock at local stores, so i ended up buying a box so i wouldn't have to worry about finding them before every race!

I'm a big fan of chocolate, but the chocolate honey I can't handle. And the gel is thicker than any other I've tried. I'd recommend GU or Hammer Nutrition over this stuff. Other flavors may be better, but I'm not going to buy it to try it- a free sample I'd give a shot though
