I bought these because they pack a lot of calories to hopefully ward off bonks on long, hard rides. So far, so good. I feel like I can push harder for longer with no gastric distress and I think it tastes pretty good too. Also, the caffeine helps provide an additional boost just when I need it.

i like this stuff to mix in for long summit days, or day hikes. the lemon lime tastes good and mixes well. not an overwhelming sweet taste.

My stomach always gets funky on longer rides and food can quickly become an issue. Roctane for me is the ticket. Other brands I have used have been obnoxious tasting and hard to mix leaving clumps. Roctane, for me has been mild tasting, easy to mix and works!
