I've got three of these and use them every time I climb, both for belaying and building anchors. After 20-something uses they have barely any wear. Solid piece of gear and my personal favorite to use. I will be buying more.

These are my go to for anchors. Super solid, big, and bomber. Looking at adding the auto lock and magnetron versions.

Black Diamond nails it again with these carabiners. The screw-gate is secure, the opening is big enough for thicker diameter rope. These carabiners are essential for setting up anchors or for hooking up you belay device. Haven't had any problems with cross-loading.

Relatively new to climbing. Used BD stuff for BC skiing and other outdoor pursuits so figuring the company made their name in climbing equipment first (check out their history...Chouinard--yeah, that guy) and with hearty recommendations from friends, figured I couldn't go wrong. Figure I'll be back for more as I've got the climbing bug hard right now...

I've been buying/using the RockLock Screwgate Carabiners for years, and I'm beyond excited that BD finally updated the color and is no longer the ugly Mocha color! The shape is great, the weight is great, and the price is very competitive with similar lockers.

I mean not much more to it. It works great and it seem to be able to take a good beating before I'll need to replace it.

This is an easy biner to use, plus it's at a great pricepoint. I've bought more than I'll ever need and definitely use them for casual things around the campsite in addition to building anchors or belaying.

While relatively new to climbing and still building my arsenal of gear, I love this biner. I'm a fan of the size and versatility of this thing. I'll definitely be buying more of these in the future.

I've bought them before and I'll buy them again. This is a great biner for most anything! They are round enough to make an easier time for multipitch belaying as well as perfect for a regular belay device carabiner or burly enough to rely on for anchors! They're great for anything and hard to wear out. 10/10

I loved the RockLock biners that I had, so when it came time to replace them, I replaced them with the ones that were tried and true.

I got a few for boating applications as the screw gate is a necessity in whitewater. They work great to hold down an ammo can or in a z-drag.

I have quite a few of these because they are durable and affordable. I use them as my go to for setting up top rope for climbing, rappels for canyoneering, belay devices and other odds and ends with my activities. You definitely can't wrong with these and for the price you can bulk up your supplies.

My favorite biner for belaying or for toprope- the large diameter of the metal ensures smooth rope movement with less drag. Two of these make an excellent top rope setup attached to the anchor. Not the best for trad, as they are a little heavy. I prefer the Petzl Attache or other similar lightweight locker. But for single pitch sport, top rope, or gym climbing, this is my favorite.
