Great shoes

I would not recommend these shoes for running. As stated above, the uppers are extremely flimsy. Also where the top lace hole is located is not close enough to the ankle causing extreme heel lift while running. The shoe fits great overall but these two issues make it more of a causal shoe.

These shoes are super comfortable! I do a lot of walk as I'm an RN and usually walk for 12 hrs x7 days strait. I know the shoes were made for outdoor but still work for me indoors.

Been on a quest to find a running shoe that is actually comfortable running 2-4 miles at a time, while also looking good enough to wear around town so that when I travel I only need one pair of sneakers. These definitely look great and I'm happy with them for the casual portion. For running, they are passable, but not great hence only 4 stars. The cushion is pretty good, and they are light enough, but the uppers are so flimsy that I would definitely never run on a trail in them. Even navigating turns in the sidewalk are a bit annoying. Kinda a huge let down considering these are marketed as trail shoes, and the soles have some great traction that is difficult to utilize with the weak uppers... I'm still happy with the purchase because of what I wanted to do with these, but if you want a true trail running shoe definitely look elsewhere. If you want a good looking, comfy sneaker that can handle some amounts of running, these are awesome. They do also fit a little snug/narrow. True to size overall I'd say, but if you are between sizes go bigger for sure.
