The Proton Quickdraw is Wild Country's premiere sport draw, built burly and ergonomic for easy clipping and reliable strength, season after season. The Proton carabiners have deep baskets to stay secure on bolts and ropes, and keylock noses prevent the chance of snagging ropes and bolts when you're unclipping. The nylon sling is super stiff so it won't swing the bottom carabiner around when you're trying to clip your rope, and the Vice gripper enhances the bottom carabiner's stability.

I bought one of these to compare with the DMM Alpha VW. I’m pretty sure they are made in the same foundry. The quality is excellent. Just a hair smaller feeling than the DMM. I chose the DMM as it won over by a tiny margin, but a rack of these Protons would be pretty stellar.
