The Volcom Elm Gore Bib Overall Pant is for the deepest powder days the season has to offer. A Gore-Tex Stretch membrane will keep you dry as you're dropping into the white room, but is also breathable enough to prevent you from overheating as you work your way to that glorious point. And just in case things get too toasty, mesh-lined vents are there to let some of that warm air out without letting the cold snow in. The full bib and adjustable suspenders likewise keep powder from ending up in your pants, and fully sealed seams ensure that no unwanted moisture seeps into your layers. And best of all, as you make deep slashes on steep lines, you'll be able to move unrestricted thanks to the comfortable, stretchy fabric.

Used this for two seasons & have been riding in some varying conditions (from bluebird days to hard snow storms). Kept me dry through it all, even snowmobiling. It’s gore-Tex holds up & I haven’t noticed any breakdown. Should last me a couple more seasons! The sizing for me was perfect (I’m a short/thick girl at 4ft 10in and 135lbs) & still gave me some flexibility to move around.

Got these bibs and I'm super stoked on them! It's strangely freeing not having pants around your waist, kind of like the awesomeness of wearing a dress :) Great pockets, big enough to fit a phone and snacks and chapstick and keys in. Nice bit of stretch - the stretchy side panels really help to create a flattering fit without feeling constricting at all. There's a little extra room in the hips so if you're a gal with some thighs or a booty these will be great. The butt flap - in a word: AMAZING. That was the one thing that was keeping me from bibs and this is a game changer! A word about the fit - I got a large originally and they fit, but reeeaaally tailored and snug. I was a large based on the size chart; so if you're going for a slightly baggier fit I'd size up, or take your measurements with all your baselayers on. I'm 5'9" 155lbs, size 10, 36DD, super leggy and the large was a real fitted size and the XL give me a little bagginess which I like. Both were nice and long though, which is great because I have legs up to my neck! They've been nice and waterproof so far, but they feel pretty chilly when it's windy. Not sure if it's just because they're a shell with no lining or because the thigh vent zippers aren't taped, but if it's cold out you're going to want your toastiest baselayer pants. That said the same breathability will make them great for touring and spring riding!! They feel really well made, though after wearing only four times or so, one of the snaps on the ankle cuff fell off. Other than that though, they seem super solid!

I just bought this bib for a ski trip. It kept me warm and dry! Love the slim fit! The zipper for the butt is great too; you do not need to remove your bib. However, since I had a second pair of pants under the bib, it was a little tricky to pull my pants up....But overall a great bib.

Got this for my wife and she loves them. Volcom's recent line of stuff has been absolute killer and I can't recommend it enough. Durable, comfortable, and very breathable!

These are the bibs I have been tirelessly searching for. I have been looking for a pair of bibs for months, but always ran into the issue of 1.) no drop seat for easy bathroom breaks, 2.) the size medium was so tight in the butt/thighs that I couldn't move, but was swimming in a size large everywhere except those areas, and 3.) no variety in color choices. These are so comfortable and fit like a glove...I definitely have a larger thigh/butt area, and was SO surprised to have these fit perfectly. The copper color is great, too. The one drawback is that I could use a few more pockets (no pass pocket?), but I am so excited to take these into the backcountry and romp around resorts without worrying about my clumsy self constantly getting snow down my pants.

Super comfy bib that is not only stylish with a flattering fit, but is breathable yet will hold up to any element. There is more room in the hip area compared to other brands making hiking in them more functional. I’ve used this bib touring in both snowy and bluebird days and have been comfortable in both conditions. Also you can go to the bathroom without taking the bibs off because there is a full butt zip! The location of the chest and thigh pockets are perfect as well.
