Some days, we want to take advantage of the big foam roller — or as we affectionately call it, "the torture tube" — to massage out our muscles for maximum myofascial release. Other days, we prefer a less painful, more portable variety to get our recovery kick-started. The handheld Trigger Point Grid STK Foam Roller is just the ticket, with a convenient size that tucks neatly away in a gym bag, office drawer, or a large purse to take on the road.

Trigger Point claims that its three-dimensional surfacing replicates the feel of a massage therapist's hand to soothe your muscles. The Grid STK features AcuGRIP handles for pinpoint relief and secure handling, while the whole structure is easy to clean and water-resistant to fend off errant coffee spillage or unexpected rain.

Good for rubbing the steaks down pre and post exercise. Good for muscle activation, flexibility, blood flow, and recovery. Great for office and home use.

Just like your muscle soreness after using this roller. Love the ease of use and size. Perfect for stimulating and you can do it while sitting down. If you haven't used it before I would recommend it. Sore muscles no more!

I like this roller a lot and it is a great tool for the price, but it is less aggressive than I hoped. It is perfect for after an exceptionally tough day and your muscles cant handle anything more firm.

This thing is great! I bought one to have at home and one for work I liked it so much. Works great, and is much smaller to transport than a roller, easy to travel with, and a must have training tool for cyclists, runners, or triathletes.

I always judged my college roommate for having a roller around. I bought this one to try after a long stint of overtime. It is wonderful! I wish I had kept one of these around a lot sooner. I would definitely recommend for active lifestyles as well as the the 9-5.

I can't keep my hands off of it! It really works out the kinks! Easy to use and well made. I even have the TP red ball that stays in my truck so I can roll it between my shoulder blades against the seat to loosen those knots.

I move a lot...both in terms of trail runs, bike rides, mountain romps, as well as having 4 addresses in the last 10 months. The Trigger Point STK Foam Roller has been the answer to all my sore and tired body's needs. The small size of this foam roller makes it easy to toss in a bag for a race weekend, or squeeze into the last teeny tiny bit of space in your jam-packed Honda for one more trip across the country. It is smooth-rolling when in use, and manages to stay pretty clean and lint-free.

Use this roller before a workout to getting your muscles ready to work and after to keep soreness at bay. It will hurt if used properly but totally worth it! Use on your friends to help them stay loose. but also to exact revenge on whatever grievances they caused you. Comfy handles make it even better.

This thing is great! Roll out your muscles. If you got as big of ones as me it can take a while but worth it. This baby is money.

This foam roller is a must have for any athlete....hurts so good, but it is worth it. Everyone knows the benefit of foam rolling, but the best part about the STK Foam Roller is how easy it is to take with you when traveling. Going on a ski trip....fits perfectly in a duffel bag. The STK Foam Roller accompanied me on my last hut trip....took up hardly any space in my backpack and was a life saver at the end of the day after long tours.

The STK is great for areas that are hard to access with the Trigger Point Grid 2.0 Revolutionary Foam Roller. The grips on the STK are really nice. These 2 products are awesome and work well together.

This is great for the legs or even better if you have someone to roll you out! I have this plus the standard Trigger Point foam roller and together they are great for post workout recovery!

Oh baby, it hurts so good! Inflict some pain (but realize some big gains), on yourself or your training buddy. Grips are far superior to similar physical therapy products of similar use. Superior grips means superior pain wielding capabilities....but your body will thank you in the long run for superior recovery.
