Works great. Ive only used it on a single speed but for that it was great. No complaints. Super easy to use and packs away small for storage.

Info on package says that this chain tool is not compatible with 11 speed chains while info on Topeak's Web Site says it is. I can only conclude that this is an older model which explains perhaps why it was on sale.
