I loved the overall quality of this Jacket, but the sizing form me was just way off. I am 6'2" Athletic 300lb guy, and this jacket was way too long in the body and sleeves.

I have an Apex Bionic that is over 15 years old. The zipper is a little fussy. I have used it in the winter for construction projects in CLE. This replacement has big expectations. It looks great and wears fit. Love it. I am sure it will last 10 years at least.

Color: Asphalt Grey/TNF Black | Size: Large Shipping: 10/10 Came in exactly two days with no issues. Condition: 10/10 Package arrived in a plain cardboard box in perfect condition. The coat was packaged in a thick plastic bag inside the box. The coat itself was so new and crisp that it seemed like it came hot off the press. Fit: 10/10 I am 6'3, 187lbs. and naturally skinny with long arms. The large fit perfectly. The sleeves came right up to my wrists and the length fell right below my waist, with the bottom hem hitting the top of my back jean pockets. The fit was so good that it almost seemed tailored. Final Verdict: NorthFace did an excellent job with the design and construction of this coat. BackCountry did a great job with the packaging and shipping.

I got the bittersweet brown color, size large which fits my 44 chest, broad shoulders, and 6 feet athletic frame perfectly, and I have to say it is the best, warmest, and high-quality softshell I've ever bought, the soft and silky exterior is unreal and the cut really stylish. I live in a cold and windy city during the winter, and this jacket has all I need, water and wind resistance, and even a warm fleece material in the interior. I wore it in 45-50 degree Celsius with a t-shirt and I was fine, which fits my needs since I find the layering thing impractical and vexing when you just want to take off your tie and shirt, slip into a nice and warm jacket and go out and enjoy the evening with the girlfriend or with friends dressed comfortably and casually without looking like you are about to climb Mt. Everest.

The jacket fits incredibly well and is very comfortable, warm, and stylish, and the best part is that it also blocks the wind which most jacket in this genre do not do well, despite on what is claimed. Probably most optimal for low forties to high fifties freezing and windy weather, otherwise it is not warm enough or too warm.

This must be North Face goofiest mistake on the production line. The sleeves are RIDICULOUSLY large. One can't even think of what were they thinking of OR simply they just hope it would slide by with their loyal base customers. If you need a jacket with sleeves going down to your knees ☹️ this is your jacket. I return mine, normally wear a large. 5'10" tall, 176 lbs, athletic type fit. Out of blind Faith I have ordered a Medium hoping the sleeves will be fine....more to follow on the "incredible North Face long sleeves Bionic 2 jacket"

Good for casual or tech. Nice fit. Works great for throwing on and being able to cover all minor conditions on an average pacific northwest day.

Sleeves are not proportional to the overall jacket size. I always wear size large but the sleeves seem like an XXL. Definitely returning. Might try a medium but not sure I want to go through the hassle.

Fabric feels great and the jacket looks good on me. It's light, thin and it looks good for daily use. The only issue is that it runs large on the sleeves (about 3-4 inches longer than all my other jackets)

The arm length on this jacket is just ridiculous it's not proportionate at all. You end up with a bunch of extra material going past your hands. For this reason I avoid using this jacket.

This jacket is semi-structured and warm enough as a cold weather wind breaker and the deep black also works well as a business casual option with a nice dress shirt. Elegance is in the simplicity. Would I have preferred traditional embroidered NF logos? Sure. But the heat applied logos look slick and are very durable. Size-wise, my Patagonias typically run a little tight and my Columbias fit just right, but this sturdily constructed North Face in the same size is quickly becoming my grab and go favorite. If you're on the fence, jump off and buy one. You're welcome.

One of the best jackets that I have purchased till date. Looks fashionable and can be worn in casual as well as professional environment. Just be careful with the size chart, runs true to size. Good protection and enough for little more than spring weather.

First let me say the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! And I received FREE 2 day shipping! This coat is great! Purchased because I love the look and fit. Also Northface makes a solid quality products. My old NF coat is 10+ years old and looks brand new still. I am 5-7, 180lbs medium build and size M fits great. I'm going to use this coat for more of a Spring/Fall jacket so I wear a T-shirt underneath. If I were to wear a sweatshirt underneath it would be too snug as this jacket is tailored for a fitted look.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and it’s the perfect jacket! He’s able to layer it with a sweatshirt underneath for colder temperatures which is great. Runs pretty true to size! Fast shipping as well which was much appreciated.

As soon as I tried this jacket on it was perfect. Just enough stretch to move in. I got the asphalt (medium to dark grey). The only (minor) problem is, the logos are in a rubber not embroidered on. Over all great jacket. I wear it almost everyday. Depending on the weather.
