This temperature wax is a great choice for most mid-winter skiing in the West. I find that hydrocarbon, temperature specific waxes work very well!

Works great for those cold temp days! Super hard wax and takes some time to iron-on.

This wax is great for all winter. I wouldn't use it for the slushy spring days, but it keeps me moving along on the cat tracks all winter long. :D

Wax your skis.... Switched from LF and HF (I'll leave that to nordic skiing) to NF, better for all around alpine use. Pay attention to the temperature ranges to each color, wax before you hit the slopes and you'll be in good shape. The more you wax, the better your bases will love you.

Great wax! Silky smooth, really fast, totally hydrophoic. Really noticeable on those traverses (#snowboarder).

Do you like to go fast? Are your bases as thirsty as your buddy at the bar last week? Do you feel the need for speed? If you answered yes to any of this then I suggest you buy this wax and go put in some turns already. Make sure you have a quality iron because this stuff can be a bit tough to apply in the CP6 or below without enough heat and weight. Don't forget to use Swix Base Prep beforehand to get the best performance! Tuning your own planks, save money, ski better.

I use this as a go to wax, switching it up or mixing it up depending on temperature. Stuff works great and keeps me gliding!

Swix wax is my go to wax. Swix' temperature chart helps navigate the confusing world of wax. I use the wax to protect my bases and help with the "glide." On the colder days, I'll make sure I use one of the harder waxes to prevent "base burn." The warmer days is when you really get to feel the glide and the benefits of a good wax.

I have most of the different temperature variations for this wax and I love it! Depending on the conditions you can change temperature rating by going with a different color (or even mix a couple of them together) to make sure your skis go super fast. If you like going super fast, this is the wax for you!

This wax is great for making sure skis are fast. CH5 and CH7 has me covered for winters in Utah. Swix is the only brand of wax that I have used and I would recommend to anyone looking to wax their own skis!

This is a great go to wax for your skis or snowboard! I raced using Swix for years and now use it for my every tune (which should be more frequent).

There is definitely better, faster and more expensive wax out there, but this stuff does the job just fine. If you get multiple colors and wax your skis according to temperature, you will never be lacking in speed.

Some wax is definitely better than others, it lasts longer, and skis faster, and is easier to work with. Pay the premium for Swix.

This is definitely my go-to ski wax- has been for quite a few years, and I'm hooked. Easy to apply, definitely works when you use it correctly. Great to have a variety of colors/temps on hand- beef up your wax collection, this stuff is gold!
