Scratch Lab's Sport Hydration Drink Mix was created to replace the electrolytes lost in sweat during activity using real fruit for flavor. This gives it a light taste that will have you going back for more without leading to an upset stomach. Scratch understands that you have a choice when it comes to nutrition, so it develops products to help you perform at your best.

When it comes to getting your hydration right, these simple and natural ingredients are easy to digest and replenish the body quickly and efficiently. Keeping it simple is the Skratch way, but simplicity doesn't necessarily preclude room for improvement. This new recipe proves that point by including 10% more electrolytes to better match what's lost when you sweat.

The Matcha Green Tea & Lemon flavor contains about 16mg of naturally occurring caffeine from Matcha tea in a 16oz serving. For comparison, an 8oz cup of coffee has 70-100mg of caffeine. Regardless of caffeine content, all of the drink mix flavors are non-GMO, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and kosher.

Not much more I can add beyond all the other positive reviews here, but I love this stuff. Definitely tastes better (more natural and a better flavor) than the other hydration mixes I've tried. Lemon-Lime is my favorite flavor, though Orange is pretty good and Matcha isn't bad. I'm not a fan of the Strawberry flavor, but that may just be me. And, Skratch is a great company made up of athletes like you and me. Well, maybe better than me, but you get the idea.

I've tried a number of different hydration mixes, and this one seems to fall into the goldilocks zone--not too bland, not too sweet, not too heavy...just right. No stomach issues at all. I like the oranges flavor best, followed by lemon/lime (get the 60 serving bag). Fruit punch is just ok. Plus, the price is very competitive. In a pinch, it makes a good mixer for a cocktail. Winner.

Better than Gatorade! I love the flavor and how light this product is on the stomach. As much as I love my coconut water and Gatorade, I wanted an alternative that was light, easy to drink and works immediately. This is that drink!

I've always been all-about Skratch when it comes to hydrating on a ride, or nursing a hangover, and I'm happy to see the new Strawberry flavor mixing things up a bit in my cupboard. The freeze-dried berries in it taste super refreshing and delicious, and it always has a knack for fixing my dehydration issues faster than any other mix I've dabbled with.

The only hydration product (lemon) that I can drink on multi-day riding or on long rides. The right ingredients and no after taste. Also come in handy individual packets to take on long rides. Love their recovery drink. Great taste (chocolate) , works great, and smooth on post-training lactose sensitive stomachs.

In my opinion, Skratch makes the hydration mix, period. It tastes great and gives you what you need without all the stuff you don't. I keep a bottle of it on the mountain bike to supplement the water in my hydration or hip pack. On the road / gravel bike I usually do one bottle of Skratch and one water.

This stuff has saved me so many times in different situations, there was even one time it got me through a tough chemistry assignment back in college. The reason this stuff works so well is that it's simple, basically just fruit and electrolytes, no crazy chemicals that your body has trouble processing just the bare essentials that you really need. It's not a pure substitute for water and I have been on some rides where I've only brought Skratch and suffered for it. I change it up a little bit based on the ride but my normal method right now is to run a camelbak of pure water on my back and a bottle of Skratch on the frame.

This stuff is amazing. I did a couple of century rides this summer is some serious July hear. No cramping. Several riders in my group had issues and frequently had to stop. I gave them this as a supplement and it helped on the fly. Plus I love the caffeine vs. other flavors.

Pro tip: The orange flavor still tastes really good when its warm, so if you take your scratch out in the summer on long bike rides, that's the flavor to get.

Perfect for replacing electrolytes during hard exercise, especially in hot climates where you'll be sweating a lot. Not too sweet, with a simple natural recipe. Huge fan of Strawberries, but like all the flavors. Passion Fruit will be tarter than the rest

What better after a hot run than a nice lemon/lime hydration mix. I'm a huge fan of Skratch labs products for their taste and effectiveness. The flavor is so rich and not overpowering. I love this mix!

Skratch Labs Sport Hyrdartion Mix has become the standard for exercise hydration. I like the flavor (especially Lemon Lime). It's sweet, but not too sweet. It has electrolytes, but isn't too salty. In general, it's a great choice for long days on the bike.

I started using Skratch last winter for skimo. I am now hooked for all my activities! Anytime I start to feel like I might bonk, a few sips of Skratch does the trick. I usually bring one or two 500ml flasks on my runs or climbs depending on how long I'll be out. Orange is my go-to flavor. I also like Strawberry a lot, and Matcha is great when you know it will be a long day and a little caffeine can make or break your mental state (yes, I'm a full-time coffee addict). If you've ever had problems with electrolyte/energy products turning your stomach over, I 10/10 recommend Skratch. All plant-based ingredients not only make the flavors taste legit, but your stomach will be thanking you.

I’ve only tried lemon - lime but it’s great, I used to take my mtb out at 8am, carry one 22oz squirt bottle with a sports drink, and a backpack full of water. I would drink all of my water then go to my bottle to get me home just because the sugar and flavor of the Gatorade/Powerade always got me sick to my stomach after about 3-4 miles... now with this I trade off at stops and can drink this throughout the ride and can keep going miles more than before and not feel so weak at the end... tastes great and goes down so easy!
