I've used many glove liners and keep coming back to these. Seirus is awesome. The gloves are so warm, I foten use them around town as is, but on sub-freezing days on the mountain I throw these into my gloves and never have problems. I would have given these a 5, but as others have mentioned using a touch screen is sub-optimal. That being said, I would def recommend these.

Warmer weather tends to be a bit much for these gloves, but glad to have them in the morning when the temperature falls in the twenties. Hard to text, but able to make calls easy enough.

These liners do everything they say they will. The tech usage is alright. I can text but it's still difficult. But there's bound to be some trouble when using liners to text. General use of a phone is super easy. Like changing tracks etc. Liners are super warm, and made of great material. The wrist cuff is really nice. Its nice that it goes up your wrist and keeps you warm, but maybe have some interference with long sleeve base layers. I got a medium, i'm 5'10" 135 lbs - my hands are pretty average sizes.
