This was my sons first reel. I bought one for him 2 years ago, and he loves it so much that when I ordered him a bunch more fishing stuff recently he asked for another one in a larger size. He says it is relatively lightweight but also feels very durable and solid. He says it is by far his favorite reel in his fishing arsenal

I purchased this reel for my fresh water 7wt. The functionality of this reel is phenomenal. The drag system is easy to adjust while fighting fish. The design of the reel is also sleek and fitting. I highly recommend this reel.

I added this reel to my saltwater set up in a 9wt. Good finish, sealed drag all the required bits for a solid long-lasting saltwater reel. My favorite feature is the positive click, numbered drag dial. Makes it super easy to dial it down to strip line and cast and dial it back up to the perfect spot when fighting fish.
