There are many totes on the market that pack into themselves, and most of them don't cost nearly $35. So what makes this one stand out? 1) A padded shoulder strap-Osprey makes some of the most comfortable straps on the market for backpacks and they bring that ingenuity to bear her 2) A clip - small feature, but there's a lovely little clip that'll attach right onto a belt loop or..well pretty much anywhere 3) Osprey's lifetime guarantee! - if you're looking to replacement plastic bags in your groceries runs, or just want a resuable bag to pack out trash from the campsite, Osprey's got one of the best warranties in the business so you're set forever Update: I bumped this review up to 5 stars a few months after my initial review for several reasons! I've abused this tote for quite a while and there are no signs of wear whatsoever. It's quickly become my favorite grocery bag of all time and I use it for carrying food on camping trips too. The fact that it zips up has proven to be invaluable - I know nothing will roll out and it's saved me when the weather turns inclement.

It was a little smaller than I expected, but I LOVE the large tote handle which makes it easy to sling over a shoulder, and I LOVE the zipper for travel use. I've been using this for a few main purposes. 1. As a travel tote to use once I get to a destination and need to pack a few extra items during the day. 2. As a tote for a change of clothes when getting a workout in before work, or mid-day. 3. To corral all of my reusable shopping/grocery bags in my car, and of course as one of my frequently used grocery bags.
