This is my go-to base layer, its warm, and I never seem to overheat in it. Its 100% merino wool so it wicks moisture well and does not stink after days of use. I have used this from skiing, and ice climbing, to mountaineering and hiking. High out-put, low-out-put this thing delivers! I am going on three seasons with this top, hundreds of days of use and its still in great shape. I am a full time, year-round mountain guide and a member of the Ortovox North American team I received this gear to test and use.

I bought the top and bottoms for my Dad for Christmas. He loves them!! They are soft, fit comfortably and keep him warm. I highly recommend these!!

5'11, 185 lean, and a medium fits perfect. Slightly thin, but the weight is listed and I wasnt expecting a heavy weight piece anyways. The price is a little steep, but honestly it's worth it. If they go on sale, i'll buy a second.

These are really nice merino baselayers. Can be worn as just a shirt too. Comfortable and slick looking too.

I buy fancy base layers. It's an addiction. It's a problem. This is nice. It's not super fancy or jaw dropping but it's probably my softest wool base layer. It's pretty thin. I'm not sure how warm it actually is on its own. I got the grey body blue and green sleeve one and it's cool. Sizing is true. I buy X large in most base layers including this one. I'm 195 and soft and 6ft. No matter what they say these all shrink. After a few washes and drys and a bit of shrinkage this fits perfectly. If you're bigger than me get a xxl.
