I regularly do HIIT workouts and sweat up a storm. I typically have two water bottles and throw one of these in one of the bottles. The strawberry lemonade flavor is perfect (not too sweet, but still flavorful). I find I am able to drink more water during my workouts and I seem to retain the water better (instead of it running right through me).

It's easy to forget about proper hydration when you have a busy work schedule or you're preparing for a weekend backpacking trip. I always keep a tube of Nuun in my bag for everything I do to make sure I'm properly hydrated. WAY better than stocking up on sugary alternatives from the store. Always keep a box of these in your pantry for quick and easy hydration!

Recently started using Nuun over Skratch, and I have to say I like the taste of Nuun tablets over Skratch. Performance wise, I wouldn't say they're on level pegging. Less waste, smaller packets, and better taste. 10/10.

I add a Nuun to my water after every workout. It's always a nice treat and a good way to hydrate! Nuun energy is also a great replacement for pre-workout if you want a small caffeine kick.

My favorite flavors are grape and lemon lime, these electrolytes are perfect, I use to have headeches on days that I mountain bike, with these ones I am always hydrated and no headeches. A plus is that they do not have sugar :), I highly recommend them

If you are looking for non-sugary electrolytes these are the way to go! Drop a tab in your water bottle or your bladder and go biking for the day. If I'm doing long rides I'll stick a couple tablets in my bladder. These are a really great option for hydration without any sugar or caffeine.
