This is a shammy for my sweaty face and neck during floor poses in hot yoga. I throw it in the wash and line dry it to keep the stink out, but it dries so quickly!

I purchased this for workouts and it is a great little towel. It is super absorbent and it has a slight non-slip texture to it. It sits well on handlebars for a spin bike without slipping. It also works well in sweaty yoga classes.

I love my eQua hand towel! I use it for yoga, hiking, swimming, and much more. It is super soft and luscious for wiping your hands and skin and offering grip in sweaty conditions. It actually gets MORE grippy with sweat! This is a must for any yoga practice...
