My street shoe is a 43 (10) and I initially bought a size 42 (9) and they are definitely too big. My toes laid flat and barely touched the toe end of the shoe, if at all. Seriously, I would size down a minimum of 2 sizes in this shoe. With my size 42, right out of the box I could have easily worn regular socks without any issue and they still felt too big. That's how big these run. And they will stretch! I settled with a size 41 and they are perfect. When sizing shoes for a comfortable, all day fit/wear, I have never sized down this much, including other La Sportiva shoes like TC Pro (42.5) and Cobra Eco (42.5). Great shoe for long multi-pitch and they perform better than expected. Perform awesome for smearing and cracks.

I wear a women US 6-6.5, i had to size down to 5.5. Such a great shoe. Super sticky rubber, and i feel like the shoe has slowly been molding to my foot. Best thing to keep in mind is that this will stretch quite a bit since it is an unlined leather shoe. I have highly enjoyed climbing with this shoe, Will buy again.
