Great filter. Easy to use and the bladder hose attachment works well.

I have used Katadyn filters for years now, whether it's overnighters or a month-long excursions in the Sierra Nevadas. These filter more quickly than other filters of friends, which is nice. It's small and simple to use. Most importantly, stayed healthy!

Relatively small light weight and easy to use. Fills your reservoir in the time it takes your buddy to eat a PB & J. I carry it on long all bike rides, bikepacks, backpacks and river trips. Even better now that you can plug it directly into your reservoir and nalgene bottle. Although it rarely need service, it is easy to do should you filter water from a silty desert river.

This filter is great for extensive hikes and backpacking trips. Its way lighter than carrying extra nalgenes on long day trips and prime for back packing. Its pretty light and packable with not too many parts. So far everything seems pretty sturdy and its pretty easy to use and clean.

Used the Pro hundreds of times without issue. Really love these Katadyn filters and now especially like the fact that you can see what's going on with the filter. Even though I do try to pull the filter after each outing to dry, I like the aspect of seeing the potential of needing to clean or replace the filter while in the field.
