Purchased this bag for myself to carry my mat to and from school and classes. The material is thick is durable, I have washed twice already and the colors are still bright and vibrant. A little bit of a hassle to get your mat in and out sometimes (I think it has to do with my new mat tho) There's still lots of room after putting the mat in, I would say it would fit long & wider mats.

I purchased this for a good friend who is in training to become a yoga instructor. She loves the fun pattern and says it has been serving her well. I checked it out a bit before handing it off, it is a nice durable cotton material that is both lightweight and tough enough for regular use over many years.
