If you're looking for a hassle-free activity tracker that'll seamlessly integrate into your daily life, then grab the Garmin Vivofit 4 Watch. It's got over a year of battery life included upon setup, with no need for any kind of charge during that entire time. With convenience like that you'd probably forget you were wearing it, if it wasn't for all of its fitness-forward features. You'll have a daily log of steps taken, distance traveled, and calories burned to help you monitor your general health and everyday fitness, as well as a Move IQ feature that automatically detects activity, classifies the type, and can even start a timer automatically for walks and runs. Move IQ then takes this data and uploads it to the Garmin Connect app to help you easily log, organize, and share your workouts.

The Vivofit 4 is also safe to use in the pool and shower, so you can swim some solid morning laps at the gym and get ready for work without having to stop your activity tracking at any point. A sleep monitor keeps track of the duration and quality of your sleep to help you better understand and plan your sleep, and the Move Bar function reminds you to get up and walk around when you've been inactive for too long. Weather functions, a customizable color display, and smartphone connectivity help maximize the Vivofit's convenience, ensuring that you'll never lose track of your everyday overall health.

Bought this because it came up as having a heart rate monitor. It did not. I tried it on it seemed like it would fit my slender wrist. Looks durable too. But returned it before I put it to the test.
