Great beanie. Soft and lightweight

Super soft and light, as others noted - confirmed! It was a little tight the first couple times I wore it, and I was concerned it might have a slight itch to it, but it quickly morphed to the shape of my head, and now I can't imagine living without it.

I got this hat in addition to the regular Byron, and I personally ended up liking the regular one a little bit more. The Byron-thin offers a great soft material, and is very lightweight, which is appealing. I just found the regular Byron to have a little more room in the top, it didn't hug my head so closely. I ended up swapping this out for another color of the regular Byron, but if you're looking for a smaller lighweight hat, I would certainly recommend this one!

I love this little beanie. Great weight to take anywhere. I went with the Autumn Leaf color.

Gave this hat as a gift. Love the fabric, fit and feel. And looks great on my BF too. The Uncle blue isn't a bright blue like it appears. It's more of a navy color. But still a great hat.

This beanie is super light and thin and fits under the Smith helmets really well. It is also really warm being made of double-lined cotton and wasn't too warm when snowshoeing 5 miles.

This is a great light hat for fall and spring. The color is really cute and it's pretty soft. Not too stuffy!

I bought this and thought it was going to fit a lot better. It is also much thinner material than I expected. Maybe as an everyday in the car beanie it's nice, but I wasn't too stoked when looking for a winter hat.

I sometimes have a hard times with hats if they are itchy, and this is one of the least itchy beanies I've ever worn. It's warm but not too thick and looks neat (not at all ratty). This one is a keeper.

It's not super thick so I wouldn't choose it for a super cold day. It fits well and doesn't have any weird bulges like beanies sometimes do. A great everyday hat as long as it's not too cold.

I have many beanies and knit hats, but this one immediately became my new favorite. Along with being incredibly soft, this beanie is universally flattering - seriously it looks good on everyone. I recommend this beanie to anyone looking for a new beanie for themselves or as a Holiday gift for someone else.

Love it. Skeptical at first because it was so thin. Wore this with a thin balaclava and kept me warm in 30 degree weather. Almost too warm. Can’t attest to its wind blocking ability, but my guess is you’d want to invest in a better material for that. This beanie is also quite stylish. I’m really digging this brand. Seems like not a whole lot of love for them, but definitely give them a try. I have a small head so I feel it was a bit large. Baseball cap size is 6 7/8.

I have worn this hat every day since I got it and I know I'm going to be wearing it all winter. The color is great, it's soft and it doesn't leave weird marks on your forehead when you take it off. The fit is good and the 100% wool material is great for keeping your head warm outside but breathing well when you come in and warm up.

It's "beanie" minute since I've found a hat that is actually as functional as it is cute. It lets my head breathe during strenuous activity while keeping my head warm while remaining sedentary. The Autumn Leaf color is key to slipping into the winter in style.

I've never had a piece from Fjall Raven that I didn't love and this beanie is no exception. It's incredibly soft, but not bulky. It's wool, so it breathes well, but keeps your head nice and warm. It's like your favorite pair of socks got together and made a beanie.. With all the awesome colors, go ahead and scoop one of these up for winter, you won't be disappointed.

Love this beanie. Warm and soft, but breathes well enough that your head doesn't overheat. I love that you can unfold the cuff and wear it slouchy as well.

This is a warm hat with great style. I think that this is more of a stylish piece than a ski hat. I think you'll generally be happy with this beanie.
