It broke the first time I put a water bottle in it.

These bottle cages look great and came in weighting 27g each without bolts. Newer camelbak bottles (2020) fit perfectly but older ones (~2014) are super tight.

I should've read the other reviews... These cages look nice and are a good value for being carbon, but the diameter is extremely tight and it took too much effort to pull the bottles out of the cages (I use camelbak podium bottles). I ended up returning them.

Nice, looking, super sturdy given its weight. but zero _ZERO_ compliance in bottle diameter. Would not work with camel back podium, would only work with old school bicycle water bottles. shame :-( I should have read Brian Ks review.

I had two problems with these cages. The first is that they were not wide enough to fit my bottles. The second problem on one off the cages is that the drilling was not lined up with standard holes on the frame, blocking the ability to lower cage fully.

The Elite Vico Carbon cages are a solid choice. They are lightweight and will look great on your bike. The cages are very tight. Never had any issues losing my bottles mid-ride.

I wanted to keep it Carbon and European for my Pinarello, and these cages fit the bill. With my favored Specialzed Purist bottles they require a little straighter and firmer pull than I'm used to but the bottles are held securely. I want to try some of the Elite bottles to see how they work. Elite cages have been swoopy and curvy in the past I like the more angular shape of these!

I don't know what water bottles these are designed for, but NONE of my water bottles will fit inside!
