I bought these for my son who is tall and skinny, hoping they might fit. They are gigantic. He may be able to wear them when he gains about 30 pounds. Why doesn't anyone make shorts/pants for tall skinny teens?????

I am 6' tall, around 195lbs, and have a size 36.5" waist. I had measured my waist just before purchasing a size large because the reviews all said true to size. When the shorts arrived they were way too big and I couldn't cinch them up to my waist. They are also way too long and go past my knee.

I wear these to work and they are amazing, very breathable and with 3 pockets (1 that zips!!) I always have enough space for stuff and never get too warm.

I use these shorts as a combo SUP short / go to town short. They dry extremely fast (do they even stay wet?). If I splash on the SUP, I'm dry by the time i get to shore. The pockets are mesh and will hold all I need to go for Lunch after a session on the lake. I have a 32" inseam and the 11" shorts hit right at my knees.

I gave these to my brother in law as a gift to use at the gym he works at, and here is what he had to say about them, "I am 5’8” and 179 lbs, and these shorts are a true to size as they come. I am usually a size L, I usually wear a size 34 waist in my pant size and the Large fits perfectly. I got the 9” length and they come down just below the knee. The shorts are strong and durable and the adjustable belt is awesome. They have two front pockets which are deep enough to hold my screw driver, and various tools I use at work. The shorts are also strong enough that they don’t fall down when i cary my tools. They also have one cargo pocket on the front left leg. They have a mesh lining inside, perfect for swimming sports. They are not much of a daily wear pant, but great for water sports and work with the quick dry material."

I got these shorts for my man as a replacement to a very old pair columbia swim trunks. These are great. They're an appropriate length - not geeky short, but also not past the knee. These are plain enough to be worn around town after a day on the river or at the beach, so no need to pack a change of clothes. I like these compared to board shorts which can be nice in the water, but can be a bit loud for someone who's not 20 anymore. I caution you to look at the size chart. He's usually a large in stuff like this, but the large is listed as a 36 waist. I got the medium which are just fine with the belt adjustment.

Really nice swim shorts for sure. Love the adjustable strap and the fashion is simple but stylish. Definitely recommend these.
