I’m 5”8, 175 Lbs. It runs super small, I order an L size and had to returned it as soon as I opened the package.

If you have read other reviews you know that Castelli sizing runs on the smaller. This made ordering a little stressful because I didn't know if I was getting something that was going to fit me or not. With that said, everything I got fits me really well. For your sake here's my weight, height, and the size I purchased. Weight: 185 Height: 5'.9" Size: XXL Additional Sizing: My jacket size is 42 regular Fit: The fits loosely but not too loosely. It comfortably fits over my jersey and vest. Overall I am pleased, but it's not without its issues. The fit is great and it looks awesome. It does not breath. Like at all. If you're looking for something to keep you warm on a cool morning ride this is not it. I am not a sweaty dude, but this thing is like a sauna. The other downside, at least for the white one, is that it's really transparent. Whatever you're wearing underneath clearly shows through. If you had a printed t-shirt on you can see whatever is on it clear as day. I have used it in the rain and it does the job.

Poor quality, no vents, not breathabler, Made in China. Very noisy and stiff. Iron on logo looks cheap. 3XL fit was ok, but fit funny in chest. 6'0. 200lb. This is the third Castelli coat I have tried. Not every ordering another one....

All these reviews about Castelli product sizing miss the point. Yes, all Castelli runs SMALL!. They are designed for Euro-bodies, not American wide bodies. As for this jacket, it fit fine but it's like a wearing a tent. There is no vapor exchange, it has an airless feel about it, no breathability. As for precip. protection, it might be effective, but when it's not raining, you'll pay price if your exertion level goes up. Also, the material is not what I'd call supple or soft: it's rather stiff. So if you push hard in damp conditions, I'd pay more for a breathable rain cape and leave this thing for walking the dog.

Ordered a Medium and probably should have ordered at least a Large. It was very odd. I could barely wear it and it fit like a halter top. Made for some funny pictures. It fit my 5ft. tall 105lbs wife perfectly ;). Returned and bought some other stuff instead.

I'm 6'3", slim fit, 38' chest, not a long torso or legs, so in the middle. I ordered L and it fits me perfectly in terms of chest, back length and sleeve length. I even tried with a base layer, long sleeve jersey and it still fits fine. It's not to comfy in a "walking" position, but in a riding position you don't even feel it. First ride was a 54 miles ride, in the mid 50's with a lot of climbs and descends. I have to tell you, this jacket saved the day. I unzipped it while things were hot after a climb but in high speed descend it was a must. I took it off after we got out from the wood in the full sun, it was 60's already - it packs small and fits any back pocket. Love it. For me, it runs true to size, and trust me, I have hard times finding a good fit being tall and slim.

After riding a few times, I can say that this jacket does its job well, especially for the price. It kept a healthy fall wind (cloudy, mid-50 temp) off of my body and kept me dry through a few light showers. Easily packs into my saddle bag alongside a few other essentials. The sizing is certainly small when compared with US charts - pay exclusive attention to the measurements. I am 6'4" / 215 lbs and typically wear a Large. The 3XL fits me perfectly.

Jacket is great, but like all the other reviews, this runs small... very small. If you’re fit like a Tour de France rider, order one size up. If you look like the rest of us, go 2 sizes up. But the jacket is fantastic, folds down to fit perfectly into your back pocket so that you can be prepared for anything that hits you on the ride, wether that be a cold wind, or light rain, this jacket is ideal for everyone.

I am 5’10” tall and 180 lbs. I ordered a large and I thought it was a joke. It was like a youth medium. Go up at least three sizes.
