Until Burton came along with its Zoom 26L Camera Backpack, you would have been forced to clumsily rig other camera bags to work for snowboard treks. The Zoom backpack simplifies things by offering storage and protection for the gear, as well as board carry straps for when you're hiking to the perfect shooting spot. You can customize the internal padded compartment to fit your particular gear, and access it quickly thanks to the large, fully zippered opening on the back panel that essentially opens up the entire back of the pack.

The cushy  ergonomic shoulder straps and padded waist strap allow you to carry the backpack comfortably while super-tough ripstop Cordura nylon fabric and protective tarpaulin stand up to tree snags or less-than-graceful downward slides. With pockets or straps to carry beverages, a shovel, heaters, tripod, film, cords, batteries, and whatever small accessories you might need to bring along, you can easily organize and access essentials.

Bought this for my wife, her comments are as follows: " This bag is great, there's enough room for all my camera supplies and more". "Love the weight and feel of the bag"; "The removable inner section is the best. I can make it fit from the smallest camera I have to the largest camera I have and all the accessories in between". And lastly, "I take a lot of outdoor photos, so the waterproof bottom is an awesome extra!"

I use this pack to carry my gear and whatever supplies I need when I'm shooting drifting at a local racetrack. The camera section comfortably fits my 6D and two lenses and there's room for maybe one more lens. I use some of the pockets to hold filters, and there's 2 waterproof/sealed zipper pockets that are perfect for holding SD cards or anything you want to protect from the environment. My only complaint is that I can't seem to configure the foam padding for the camera area to hold my 6D with the 24-105 lens still attached. All in all, a great quality pack!

As a short, female photog, I have always struggled to find camera bags that 1) Do not look dorky, 2) Are big enough for my gear + Tripod, 3) Are not too long for my back, & 4) Are not pink. This bag fits most of my criteria! It can definitely fit all my gear (with room to spare = can buy more camera goodies) and it's comfortable. It is a little long for my short back (I'm 5'3''), but not too bad. I LOVE THE WATERPROOF BOTTOM. In snow, rain, waterfalls, springs, and mud puddles, this baby is going to protect my stuff when I accidentally set my bag down in the wet to capture the photo of the century. Can't wait to put this bag to the test.
