There's no doubt you've seen Black Diamond's Nylon Sewn Runners on the mountains while climbing, tied to chickenheads, slung around trees, and bleached by the sun. That's because climbers trusted these smooth, colorful, and durable slings before colorful spandex was a thing in the vertical world. The question you have to ask yourself is, do you trust the old, manky runner already attached to the wall, or do you bring a spare to bail off of when the route gets too serious? We recommend the latter.

Compared to other slings, very light, supple, smooth. The blue 120cm has become my favorite all-around sling/anchor/etc for alpine stuff, just really good size and feel

Good quality. It does what it is supposed to be. I don't know why the picture makes it look like the middle part is tied together like a dogbone on a quickdraw, but it is a circular nylon sling.

These are the best nylon slings out. I have 90 - 100 feet of tubular webbing, but still prefer to using these vs making my own. They feel great in hand and work well for whatever you need to do.

I use these slings for setting up anchors or as a PAS when I clean a route. I'm sure there's a thousand other uses for them. They are light, super durable, easy to dress when knotted, and really easy to untie if dressed properly.

Ordered this in the 120 and the 60. Super reliable for making anchors and working as a personal anchor. Thin and light and the price is right!

This is one of my go to runner for all things anchor building. Whether its setting up a top rope or mutli-pitch anchors, this little (but sturdy) runner does the trick. I think the triple length is a great size for my climbing endeavors!

From quickdraws to slings, what more could you ask for? It's slim, functional, and simple great quality. I'm not complaining I really like it. Thin enough to be easily accessible through a crag and remain kind of hidden on a wall, but is strong enough for falls and bomb-proof anchors

Pretty straightforward but these are well made, reliable runners. I mostly use them for anchors and they're fantastic.

I have used this a few time so far and it has worked out great. I have mainly used this as a personal anchor while climbing truss and working around scaffolding. It is the perfect length to let me hang at the right distance to get what I need done. Check it out if you are looking for a good new anchor.

Solid and durable nylon slings that do the job. I use the 120 cm length easily the most (on anchors, as a PAS, to extend my rappel...) but all four lengths have come in handy. I like to use a few of the 30 cm's to organize my gear.

these slings are perfect for extending placements, setting up anchors, or for yanking a tree out of the ground (its that strong). I love em!
