For most folks, this bag will be ideal for carrying their stuff to the gym! For me, I received this neat Gym bag and immediately transferred my kit, which isn't especially complicated, from another 35L receptacle to the Gym Solutions. I was surprised that, whereas I have some extra room in the previous receptacle, the Gym Solutions was practically full. It's because the Gym Solutions is rectangular shaped, so your kit may need to be arranged differently from what you're using now. The zip pocket on the front is functionally perfect for stowing personal items! I dinged it 1 star because I expected with a burly skin it would somewhat sit upright while packing. But it folds, Oragami style, down onto itself when empty. Pretty cool for storage. People won't even notice this feature if they keep their kit in the bag most of the time.

perfect little gym bag. this bag is big enough for everything i regularly need at the gym minus my rope, i keep that in a separate bag. nice little inner pocket, love the zip pocket on the outside.

I guess this works to carry your stuff in and out of the gym, but that's about it. The bag holds all my gear, but the opening isn't wide enough to flake your rope into easily after the first climb. As an outside climber I'll stick to my backpack to carry my stuff with the rope wrapped in a tarp. Makes it much easier to have a flaked rope to slide around the gym.

This bag is awesome! I have the 35L. It is tough and durable, with plenty of room for my rope, shoes, chalk, harness and everything else you might need in the gym. I love the zip pocket to store my wallet, keys and phone. It is nice to have the waterproof exterior if it is raining when you are headed in or out of your plastic pulling paradise. that being said it is definitely not a crag bag and I would not recommend it for that purpose .
