Although socks generally represent the smallest investment we make in regards to our kit, it can often bring us the most joy. As a fairly critical touch point, we've had really good luck with Assos socks in the past and quickly appreciated its refined fit, materials, and longevity. When we heard it reworked its classic summer socks into the Assosories GT Socks we have here, we were most excited that the colors matched the new jerseys, completing the kit, but upon further inspection, some new features surfaced that are sure to make for happy feet, and ensure we'll get these in the wash immediately after a ride so they're ready to go on the next one.

These socks are built for summer and Assos relies on a special combination of yarns to craft these socks helping your feet stay cool even when the pavement is blistering hot and the pace ramps up. Assos adds silver microparticles into the yarn that permanently incorporates odorControl preventing stinky socks, so even if we don't wash them immediately, they may still be good for a second ride. The fabric is very lightweight and along with its mesh front, contributes to excellent breathability and ventilation. An elastic ankle cuff offers gentle compressive reinforcement and an impeccable fit that only comes from Assos.

These socks are the best I've worn. Good fit, great airflow and awesome colors. Fit true to size and don't overly compress (just the right amount of compression).
