I ordered these after reading rave reviews from #celebs (that's my problem right there!!) about how comfortable and cute these were. I even erred on the side of caution and ordered them in a size too big (I'm 5' 5" and weigh 135) for me and they STILL fit like a vice! Not only were they skin tight to the point it hurt to breathe but they were super LONG too! I had to roll the bottoms up a good four inches. I think my body type is pretty typical for the American woman, I am not overweight by anyone's imagination and I am of average height too. So unless you are 5'11" and weigh on average of 108 pounds, these are not the leggings for you! Save your hard earned money and shop elsewhere. Oh and when you go to return these leggings-that-do-not-fit-anyone-but-an-anorexic-has-been-celeb they actually CHARGE YOU for the pleasure of returning them to #backcountry a whooping $6.99 OR the cost of a shipping method of my choice. WOW! Even #Tar-Mart has better refund policies than you do....wait I take that back, even a mom and pop shop from #Wisconsin has better refund policies than #backcountry does and THEY don't charge you a whooping $100+ for a pair of celebtard leggings! Thanks but #nothanks Back Country! I'll stick with #Zella from now on

I am 5’9”, 132lbs with wide-ish hips and slender/muscular legs. I ordered a small and it fits perfectly. Super comfortable and the color is exactly as pictured. The length is excellent! If you are short then I’m not sure these would work, for me leggings are almost never long enough. These actually hit the bottom of my ankle, super flattering! The material seems high quality, definitely on the thicker side and not very see-through, could wear as pants. Overall very happy!

My friend has some Alo leggings and I love them. They have a little bit of shine to them look so good on. I bought these leggings hoping they would be the same as hers. Unfortunately they weren’t but I decided to keep them because they fit great. The problem is they attract pet hair, carpet fibers, lint and everything else under the sun! And I’m just not talking about a few hairs and fibers. I’m talking about the entire leggings covered in stuff! Even if I could get past that issue the leggings have drastically faded. I have only washed them 3 or 4 times in cold water as instructed and they are so faded looking. I wish I could return these but I’m past the 30 days. Don’t waste your money!!!

These leggings are amazing. I got the black plum color and it’s a wonderful deep purplish maroon color. I took them hiking right after I received them. They had a perfect amount of compression, didn't slip down my thigh other brands of leggings do, and didn’t snag. They also survived a trip to the dog park with dogs jumping all over me. I need them in every color.

Love these leggings! I with out a doubt will be getting another pair! They are so comfortable and flattering. I got the Smoky Quartz color and in the image it definitely looks darker than what they actually are so just be aware. Still love them.

(From Matt M’s wife Jenny M) Got these in powder blue, and I absolutely love them. The high waist and airbrush fabric are super flattering. The color is more bright sky blue vs the aqua color in the photo.

Great for what I wanted but the fabric makes it easy for things like fluff or hair to stick to it. If you want to use this for activities that require contact with foam maybe they are not the best option.

These are a great pair of leggings that look good and perform in the gym and studio. I'm a bit scared to wear them out on a hike because the material seems more delicate than other brands of leggings that I own. I haven't had any snags yet, but I'm definitely more careful with these than other leggings. They're very flattering and comfortable, great for wearing around the house or out too.

Great quality leggings

If you're like me, you would use wear these to work, at home, in the yoga studio or out for a hike. Had high hopes for these but with moderate movement they fall down a little bit. Love the material and very stretchy, Waist comes up high too which is nice. Waistband is the same material as the rest of the leggings so if you are looking for a thicker waistband you wont find them here. Slightly see-through but not as bad as 95% of the leggings out there. Overall, they are great good quality leggings but would expect a little more out of them.

If you are currently engaged in the War Against Pet Hair then I would select a legging with a different material as these (regular Black) will require a decent amount of lint rolling in order to look mentally stable in public. Because of this reason only, my heart will still belong to the Wunder Under line, which retains very little lint and pet hair. A fantastic legging in all other ways—fit, opaque, flattering—I think they are a cheaper alternative to Lululemon.

I got these for my sister and they were way too small on her. The material is extremely soft though, so I'm hoping to get some for myself soon and update this review.

These leggings rock. Super comfy and high quality. Love the high waist & the length. The raisin color is gorgeous in person! I'm usually a medium and purchased a small & that was definitely the right choice!

They run a bit large, so size down

I gave these to my sister as a gift and she loves them. Fits true to size and she wears them at yoga, running and around town running errands. Highly recommend Alo!

These leggings are awesome. Super comfortable and the high waist is the perfect height. I am taller (5'9") so the length hits just at the ankle bone for me. Alo tends to run a bit large, so I sized down since I like a bit of compression on leggings. I have the Raisin and the Black. The Black is completely opaque even with a contrasting color underwear. I did find that with contrasting brighter colored underwear and fully stretched (think child's pose or at the climbing gym) the Raisin color did start to show the color of the underwear through it. This would probably be fixed by going with a size M on the slightly lighter colors. For typical everyday wear though, they both were opaque.

Very comfortable and flattering. They do slip down a bit when doing more active activities, but still love them. The green is a very fun color, recommend getting that color!

I got these in the Raisin color and I absolutely love them! I got the xs and usually wear an xs in pants and they fit perfect! I love the high waist on them, it makes you feel skinnier than you really are. The color is amazing too. I definitely recommend these!

I got these for my mom for Christmas. She loves them! She says they are very soft and comfortable. She wears them while working out and casually! She is very tiny and has a hard time finding leggings that fit, the XS work perfectly and the high waisted is awesome!

Agree with the reviews below. These are a knock out. The High waist is really flattering and ideal for all those yogi poses. They also stay up and in place jogging, and are just the right length. I could have pulled off a medium, but went with the large, and they work just fine. I went with the color eclipse which is exactly as pictured. These have washed up nicely, no pilling, excellent quality.
